Vi är nöjda med PREMIER PARTNER med HomeAway med vår lyxvilla KUNSTENS Hus som har totalrenoverats och har takfläktar i alla rum in / ut.

Alla rum har matta och de andra rummen har keramiska kakelgolv.

Den stora vardagsrummet är utrustat med en storbilds-LED HD-platt-TV, en playstation och en DVD-spelare. Du har tillgång till Lanai med en takfläkt, den privata tysta omfattande pooldäcket.

"The Artist's House" har ett fullt utrustat öppet kök, ett sovrum med en king size-säng och ett privat badrum med tillgång till den privata söderläge poolen, spa (tillval) och däck. Du kan äta frukost lunch och middag på uteplatsen. Du kan också bara vila på en solstol medan du surfar på internet med gratis wifi eller ringa gratis telefonsamtal i USA och Kanada.

Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och de andra två sovrummen har två enkelsängar.

Alla rum har egen LED HD-platt-TV.

A Great Place To Stay!

We truly enjoyed our time in Orlando at the Artist's House. The owners are very responsive to emails and were great with whom to work. We will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Orlando.

Perfect for relaxation!

No regrets

The home was perfect size for our family vacation we had 4 adults 2 young kids it was nicely furnished ,heated pool great quiet neighborhood the location fairly close to lots of dinning and shopping 5 min Disney was about 25 min away. We all want to comeback

We had an amazing time at the artistshouse

Everything was just as we hoped it would be. The house is very spacious, the pool is nice and clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we would definitely come back.

My family loved The Artist's House! We enjoyed every single day we stayed and Val was always available by phone to answer any questions we had! She is truly great! Great Vacation

We chose The Artist House because of the pool. We knew being away from crowds in the evenings would be important for our family. Even in a neighborhood, there was plenty of privacy. The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. There was plenty to keep our whole family entertained for our entire visit. It was a wonderful vacation.

Very clean and nice property

We rented the house between a month ago and this one , very nice. Important super clean, a lot of stuff for the kitchen , plates , utensils, stove....we enjoyed the pool and spa. The garage is awesome with pool and tejo ... Val sent me all info with time, we really had perfect time. I recommend it! The area is very quiet and nice !

Wonderful experience!

The Artist’s House was absolutely delightful! The property was very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for our family and the amenities were great for all ages. Our younger children enjoyed the pool while our older children enjoyed the games in the garage. The bedrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy and Val was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We visit Florida at least twice a year and we will continue to stay at The Artist’s House for all our future visits!

AMAZING !!

I was a little overwhelmed with all of the rental options in Orlando, but we definitely lucked out and could not have had a better experience while visiting Disney back in January. It's literally a 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom...and closer for the other parks. Super easy! And the house was just perfect...clean, very well maintained, comfortable beds, a nicely stocked kitchen (we made all of our dinners there) with so many extra touches. I would highly recommend this property!! Our security damage deposit has been refunded before we arrived in New York state !!

Very close to the Disney parks and quite comfortable.

First I must mention how clean this property is. It is around the corner from a variety of restaurants and also grocery stores. It was only a few minutes to the parks. It is super close to the Animal Kingdom, if you know the back way to get there....about 5 to 10 minutes drive and you're in their parking lot. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn't use the pool or the hot tub, it is screened in and backed up by a well kept fenced in garden or yard. It worked very well for 4 adults. My only complaint and this may be of no consequence to other renters is that I think that is wouldn't work out well for more than 4 adults in the living room as the sofa seats 3 and then there is a chair that sits one. Of course, there are other chairs at the dining table which is close by. I think that another couch would work out well and probably could fit if arranged properly. That being said, you shouldn't be hanging out too much in the house as you are vacationing by Disney and Universal. If you get the opportunity to stay here, treat is as you would your own home or better so that everyone can enjoy it.

A FAMILY-FRIENDLY HOME

Our family loved staying at this house! The kitchen was FULLY stocked with cooking AND baking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and every room was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. It was wonderful to have a walk-in shower tall enough for my husband (6 ft 3 in), but be careful stepping into it. The master bathroom's shower floor was tiled at a steep angle toward the drain. We wish we would have had one day with nothing scheduled so we could just enjoy all the amenities offered: the PS Games, the books, the huge television, the game room and the pool. (We thought the pool was a little small, but we still enjoyed playing and relaxing in it.) This home was close to many restaurants (fancy and fast food) and not far driving distance from Disney and Universal Studios. The only thing that surprised us is that the bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper each. With five of us, we had to buy extra. We suggest you bring small amounts of laundry detergent, dish soap, and kitchen trash bags because those extras were not supplied either. These were small inconveniences for such a lovely place.
