Suitable for up to six guests, this home offers a great mix of style, comfort, and convenience. The primary bedroom has a private bath and a large walk-in closet, and both bedrooms have a TV. Another full bathroom houses a private washer/dryer. The updated kitchen has a microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal, making it easy to whip up a meal at home.

Enjoy a bite to eat or apres-ski on the private deck featuring a stunning mountain view. Head down to the shared hot tub in the summer for a relaxing soak.

Location, Location, Location

Loved that we could walk to the lifts, food, ice cream and drinks. The view was great and the hot tub was a bonus after a day of skiing. Condo was clean but needs some new furnishings and carpet.

Super cozy. Perfect size for our family of 6! It’s an older apartment but it has been updated. We had a red fox hanging out and the kids loved seeing it in the evening!

Fall getaway

This place had everything we needed. The patio out front was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. Loved that it was convenient to get into town or go out hiking. Would definitely stay here again and again.

A great condo for families

We enjoyed a weekend get away with our family and this condo was perfect for us and our small children. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The location and views were lovely!

Excellent location for the grand traverse run start, would be a great place to stay to access the ski area easily in the winter. Very short walk to the base!

Quick CB ski trip

Our condo on the main floor was very comfortable. Not too many people on a Sunday and Monday night so nice and quiet. Easy access to the hot tub, parking and ski hill.

Perfect getaway

Outstanding in every way!

Check-in was so smooth. I loved the little touches like shopping bags in the closet and board games and a variety spices in the kitchen. The unit was a perfect place to stay for a week-so convenient to everything! We loved it! Thank you.

Excellent communication, quiet, exceptionally clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, close parking included for two cars with one space being in a garage, easy access to the shared hot tub and grill. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Beware

We did not want to write a negative review; so we wrote instead to the management company about issues with this condo. We waited two weeks for a response, but none was forthcoming. So... The pictures suggest that this condo is airy with lots of natural light. That is not accurate. The place was clean and relatively comfortable, but dark. People walk past the sliders in front quite often; so privacy is an issue. There was a strange whirring sound coming from somewhere (upstairs?) that was not constant, but seemed to start up around bedtime. Some coffee cups were not properly cleaned. There is a dearth of convenient electrical outlets for phone chargers in the bedroom. This place is on the ground floor -- if someone is in the condo above, you will know it. The entrance to the entire building is on your porch. Laundry soap and dishwasher detergent was not properly stocked. On a positive note, the hot tub is right out the front door.

Great location - <10 min walk to Mountain base

Was the perfect location to easily walk to the mountain village or take the bus into town. The condo appears very similar to the photos. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. The hot tub and sauna in the building were a nice touch

Great on-mountain condo

Spacious, comfortable condo with garage parking, hot tub access, full (and well stocked) kitchen. Close to the mountain, only a 5 minute or less walk to the lifts (even in ski boots). Would definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Great stay in Crested Butte

We had a wonderful time in Ponderosa 2A at Crested Butte. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was quiet and walkable to lifts, mountain village and restaurants. WiFi, TVs, etc all worked well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation trip in the area.
