Amenities include a pool, golf course, scenic 13-mile gravel trail, pickle ball courts, relax at the beach, or enjoy lakefront dining. This home is in close proximity to the Apple River State Park or Galena where you can shop, relax at a day spa, or visit a local winery.

Home has a backyard built-in fire pit, supplied wood, lawn chairs, board games, toys, foosball, air hockey, and corn hole. Towels, linins, cookware, grill, silverware, dishes, pack n play, high chair, fishing poles, all included, just pack your food/bags, and enjoy this peaceful, family retreat.

There are 4 total bedrooms. 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 additional room with 4 single beds (bunkbed style for kids.) There's a bathroom off of the master bedroom, a common bathroom on the main floor, and another full size bath in the lower level next to the 4th bedroom.

We have high speed, 5G, internet access and Roku, Netflix, and YouTube for additional entertainment.
