NatureWalk is a separate neighborhood and not a part of Watercolor. You will not have access to Watercolor amenities.

Getting Around:
Beach Access: NatureWalk hosts a private nature path to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near “The Gathering Place” travels through nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access about 1 mile. Another beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 1.9 miles away. The neighborhood enforces quiet hours after 10 p.m.

Other Things to Note:
In the event any bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear are present at the property, they are complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.

Interaction with Guests:
This home is professionally managed by a luxury boutique property management company, LUXE30A. We pride ourselves on personal service, guest satisfaction and exceptional care of the property. Our owners are amazing people who have opened their homes for the first time for your enjoyment. This home is brand new to the short term rental market and in pristine condition. Enjoy your visit, relax, have fun and make unforgettable memories but please take care of their home during your stay. A Few of Our Policies that are Strictly Enforced : Minimum Age: Minimum age to Reserve is 25. One adult 25 or older is required to be staying for every 3 minors. No parties or underage drinking is allowed.

Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Bikes & Carts:

Hello Guests!

We are so excited to have you come enjoy our wonderful beach home! A few things about the bikes etc.

We have four great beach cruisers ready for you (locked inside our side fenced yard). If you need more bikes or kids' sizes - Luxe30a knows how to address it in time for your trip!

Also, this is a golf cart friendly area. We highly recommend you look into renting with our preferred providers (Luxe30a has the info) to enjoy during your stay.

You will also see when you arrive that our owner's golf cart is in the driveway. Unfortunately our insurance provider does not let us rent out (and we don't have a garage). There is still plenty of room for a cart and two cars just please be careful not to run into our cart!

Also keep in mind that down here golf carts are actually road ready LSVs. That means regular car rules apply (must have a driver's license to operate etc). Sometimes young kids think they can drive them but alas no...but good news the beach and pool are certainly kid-approved:)

About 30A: 30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics and provide something for just about everyone.
