Om boendet

Namnet Xenios står för "beskydd av gäster, gästfrihet och främlingen" och andan i vår semesterlägenhet som renoverades och nyinreddes i juni 2016. Vare sig palats, strandpromenad, badstrand, café eller restaurang, allt ligger framför dörren eller nås på några minuter till fots. Lägenheten ligger 80 meter från havet och 100 meter från det angränsande världsarvet, Split historiska centrum. Den är utrustad med luftkonditionering i alla rum, kabel-TV med 15 tyska kanaler och gratis WiFi. Från balkongen i den 50 kvm södra lägenheten korsar Blichk hamnen och färjorna. I det rymliga köket hittar du ett fullt utrustat kök och ett matbord för upp till 6 personer. En barnstol tillhandahålls på begäran. Om nödvändigt förvandlas soffan till en 160 cm bred dubbelsäng med madrass och lamellram. En platt skärm erbjuder olika TV-program.
I sovrummet hittar du en klassisk dubbelsäng (180 cm), en tre-dörrs garderob med spegel och kassaskåp. Båda rummen har utsikt över havet, hamnen och ön Brac, var och en har tillgång till balkongen, med bord och sittplatser. Det vänliga badrummet har en toalett, stor fåfänga och stor dusch på golvnivå, tvättmaskin. För vintergäster i badrummet golvvärme, värme med luftkonditionering.

Xenios ligger bredvid Xenia-studiolägenheten (se Tillkännagivande nr 2560339). Båda kan hyras tillsammans. Familjer eller grupper är mycket välkomna.

Great property

This is a lovely flat with modern bathroom and kitchen which looks out over the harbour. It is central for easy access to the old town and coastal walks. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous apartment, close to everything with a great view. The hosts have thought of everything you will need and then some to make your visit memorable. Easy communication with the hosts and they were able to accommodate our need for an early check-in

Stay in the heart of Split

The host was amazing, great communication and went over and beyond to ensure everything was set for our arrival. It is a cosy little apartment close to all the restaurants, shops and tourist attractions with a great view of the marina. Would stay there again.

We stayed Apartment Xenios for seven fabulous days the apartment is so well accommodating it was like home. Plenty of local restaurants & Barsyet only a short walk to the Palace and ferries. Absolutely enjoyed Croatia.

Touring Europe

We couldn’t have had a better accommodation anywhere else! It was minutes from old town and all of the attractions. The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped! We didn’t want for anything. The view from the balcony was stunning! We arrived very early on a rainy day and Edzard was kind enough to let us in early at no charge! What a wonderful host! I will definitely recommend this lovely apartment

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment is located close to all the shops, restaurants and boat tours. We loved staying there. It has everything you need plus great air conditioning! It was hot when we were there.

Great location in Split

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance to everything old town Split has to offer. Free street parking is available, but it is for everyone, meaning you may not always find a spot close by, you may have to park a few blocks away. The apartment is nicely furnished and comes with a great view of the harbor. We had a lovely stay and would come again.

Incredible Experience in Split

Our stay in Split was excellent! Edzard and Sanja's apartment is a gem. We had all the amenities we needed and loved the balcony experience with a view of the harbour. So close in walking distance to the Palace and restaurants!

What a spectacular location for this little gem. This apartment has a stunning view of the marina and was within walking distance from the market, numerous restaurants and great shopping. The hosts provided all the information we required prior to our stay and the apartment was as advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities we required. Thank you for your hospitality! The only reason for less than 5 stars for cleanliness was not for the apartment itself but for the garbage on the street outside the apartment by the trash bins

Fantastic spot!

Amazing view of the harbour. Bright, clean and spacious apartment. Has all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay. Very close to the old town and boardwalk but just far enough away to be quiet at night. There’s a cafe, bakery and grocery store within 2 minutes of walking. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and a great apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Split. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, ferries and buses. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. 5 days in Split

The walk from the bus terminal through the port and the waterfront to the unit was a short pleasant 15 minutes. The outside of the build and the lobby seemed a little dated. However the unit was just the opposite. Updated bathroom, kitchen, doors and window. The perfect place for our 5 day stay. Located in a quit area just a 10 min walk to the Riva, old city and the ferries. Very convenient grocery store located one street away. Would rent this unit again.

Beautiful Apartment With Perfect Location

Apartment is charming, very well-equipped, and quite spacious. I had everything I needed in the apartment, including things in the kitchen for me to cook meals when I want. Doors in both living room and bedroom open into wonderful views and sea breeze. Best thing is the location -- it's just a short few mins walk to the center of all the action, with enough distance that I didn't get much noise from the crowd. Go west a little and the stretch of beaches begins. Perfect vacation getaway!

The property is very well situated and very clean and well equipped.

This apartment was excellent value and the owners very easy to deal with by email. Their contact Paul in Split is a pleasant and very helpful guy who gave us advise on sights to see and the local amenmities. He also picked us up at the airport same price as taxi. The apartment itself is very well situated and has everything that you need. We were only there for 7 days but a cleaner came in after 3 days. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Split personality

Overall, we enjoyed the property. While the street and adjacent properties are a bit rundown and don't look the nicest, the overall location was great. the property is close enough to the old city, waterfront, hiking trails, beach, restaurants, etc. to make it very convenient, but far enough away so that we didn't deal with late night partiers or noise of any kind. The kitchen was very well outfitted with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Where the property fell down was on the quality and comfort of the linens. The towels were old and not soft or comfy. Also, for a 7 day stay, we only got one bath towel and 1 hand towel each. We exercise a lot so we take a lot of showers. We were constantly washing our meager supply of towels. Also, I like to cook and there was only one dish towel which again, just felt sort of meager. Finally, the sheets and pillows were old and not very comfortable. I would have appreciated more quality and quantity of linens. I would recommend the property but perhaps suggest you request additional towels from the property manager before arrival and recognize the you will definitely not be sleeping in a hotel level bed. The City of Split was truly delightful and we loved shopping at the green market, fish market, etc. and then cooking lovely meals in the well apointed kitchen.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Superblick!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement liegt nur wenige Meter von der Riva/Altstadt entfernt mit einem wunderschönen Blick zur Promenade und zum Meer. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht.
