Från stationen måste du gå till Riva - promenaden, sedan Marmontova gatan - kända gatan i Splt, och på slutet av gatan, på höger sida ligger varuhuset Prima Grad. Följ gatan som leder till öst, och när du kommer till parken är här. Mittemot parken finns Villa Stone Flower / Kameni cvit.
Stranden Bacvice är en favorit strand i Split, och det belönas med en blå flagga. Stranden är sandig och havet är turkosblått med kontrollerad renhet. En av de mest kända aktiviteter på stranden spelar "picigin" (ett spel med en boll som spelas i stim), och det är en favorit sommar sport i Split, och du kan också ha kul med andra vattensporter. Nära stranden finns barer, restauranger och konditorier där du kan fräscha upp med en kall drink eller en glass. Om du föredrar grus stränder snarare gå till Marjan backen, det finns också några bra stränder.

Nice house at great location

We rented the house and had a nice vacation. Clean, very near to shops and restaurants. Used kitchen area and terass a lot, for gathering in mornings and evenings. Missed out on some kitchen equipment otherwise all perfectly fine. Recommended

Fint och fräscht boende

Vi åkte ett kompisgäng över en weekend och bodde i detta mysiga hus. Bra med uppdelningen på olika etage. Den lilla uteplatsen blev flitigt använd och fick funka som vardagsrum. Allt gick smidigt med in och incheckning och hyresvärden Ana var mycket hjälpsam var det än gällde . Litet, litet minus var att det på vardagsmornarna var lite bullrigt men i det stora hela ger vi högsta betyg.

Perfekt läge!

Vi, ett sällskap på 5 personer, bodde knappt en vecka i huset. Perfekt läge alldelesi närheten av gamla stan. Vi är alla väldigt nöjda, fräscha rum, trevlig uteplats och en väldigt hjälpsam värdinna.

Mysigt boende

Vi hyrde alla tre lägenheterna. Varje lägenhet har dusch och toalett. Mellanlägenheten har en balkong. Ett bra kök som är gemensamt för alla tre lägenheterna. En mysig uteplats som vi använde mycket. Läget på lägenheten är utmärkt.

Beautiful house in a beautiful city. Super convenient location a couple of minutes from the old town

We had 3 generations staying and we each had our own floor with ensuites. The communal outdoor eating area was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Ana was super communicative and provided helpful information. It was a lovely base from which to explore Split and surrounds.

Location, location

It's all about location. Easy walk everywhere. Used to be 3 private rooms but rented whole. Kitchen in separate building. Only bad thing really was no indoor common area, outside patio is it.

A great location, an even better manager

This property is a gem in a perfect location! The villa is a little quirky. Three floors with a large bedroom with bath on each. The first floor has a bedroom and what must double as a living room. The kitchen is attached to the building and just outside the ground floor door. It’s all fine assuming you’ll spend most of the group time in the patio. It’s really lovely! But the BEST part is Ana the manager. The kitchen is well equipped. Much more than usual. And she offered and we wisely accepted her offer to make several dinner reservations. She was so attentive and great. Also if you’re going to want a tour of the Diocletian Palace, be sure to opt for a private tour. Otherwise you won’t know what you’re looking at. It’s really worth it.

A great rental from a very helpful host

Ana, the host, was extremely helpful. She provided lots of information and always responded rapidly when we asked a question. The accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of character and is very convenient for the town. The highlight of the property is the balcony, covered with bougainvillea, and with a view over a small local park. When we arrived, the 'welcome pack' was a particularly kind touch. My only reservation was that the parking place was 2/3 on the house's ground and 1/3 on the narrow road. Passing cars get perilously close to the wing mirror - even when folded in. However I think this is 'par for the course' in Split, where ANY parking space is like gold dust! We enjoyed this rental and can recommend it highly.

What an amazing place - 10/10

The house is in a wonderful location, so close to the old town, shops and restaurants. It has its own parking space outside the house. The house itself was perfect for us, so much space and the terrace is just perfect to sit and eat breakfast every morning. The house has everything you need, if not more - in case you forget anything, there are little touches in case you need anything. The air con was available in all the bedrooms which was much needed. The host Ana was one of the loveliest hosts I have encountered, she was so friendly, responsive and had excellent communication prior to our stay and during our stay. She gave me some lovely recommendations and was so helpful with all the questions I had. They had left us some snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was also so thoughtful. I really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else. It was perfect and my kids did not want to leave! Without hesitation, I would rebook if we were to return to Split.

Historic gem near the center. A must stay

The property was just as advertised and provided all the historic charm one would hope for when visiting Split. It was a great setup for us traveling with our college son and his friends. Everyone had their own, standalone room (double-occupancy per unit) and bathroom while we all shared a functional kitchen and beautifully enclosed and private outdoor space. It is so close to the historic center of Split, yet on a quiet local street with the grocery a couple minutes down the hill. Ana was a wonderful host and kindly worked with us when our arrival time traveling from Dubrovnik had us at the property earlier than we originally anticipated. She was so gracious, and her team was as well. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. She provided great restaurant and site recommendations. One point of note, the ground floor unit does not have a standing, but only a handheld shower, understandable with the history of the structure and there is a step down into the toilet and tub area. Not a problem but should be noted if someone traveling has mobility limitations. We truly enjoyed our visit and loved having her historic gem of a home to come back to every evening after adventuring.

Sensational Split

Wonderful location at the Palace, everything so close by. Villa was spotlessly clean with everything neededfor our stay and a lovely welcome pack. Our host Ana was so helpful and friendly gave us all the information we needed and much more besides. We thoroughly recommend a stay in this gorgeous stone villa

Wonderful apartment close to the palace

Lovely 3 bedroom villa just on the edge of the palace. Very close to bakeries, grocery stores, beach and the waterfront. No car needed as everything is in walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home for a few meals a day. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Ana was prompt with communication and very helpful before and during our stay.

A perfect stay!

We loved every minute of our stay at Ana’s charming house right next to Diocletians Palace. Upon arriving we had snacks and drinks in the fridge and Ana’s communication was top notch. We stayed 6 days and loved every minute. It was close to everything- very spacious bedrooms and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location with a superb host.

Family, 6 night stay in Split

The property was the perfect choice as a base for exploring Split and Omis. Location was perfect and facilities in the property were great. The host could not have been more helpful and even left us a little welcome parcel on arrival. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great base to explore Split

A lovely property which is a few minutes walk from the centre of Split but set back on a quieter street. 3 large, double rooms with ensuites stacked on top of each other with separate key access makes it very suitable for 3 couples, or in our case, a family with 2 older teens who appreciated their own space. Kitchen is a little quirky, with access off the courtyard, but has everything you need. Ana was lovely to deal with and i would recommend the property and Split.

Best location

We stayed five nights in this villa. The location is perfect for exploring Old Town. We loved every minute and wished we had more time here. If I was coming back to Split, I would definitely rent this villa again.

Excellent property

Absolutely spotless, traditional property, spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with beer and nibbles provided. Lovely terrace, perfect for eating breakfast and evening drinks! Best location for everything, old town, gluten free pizza, Tommy supermarket and Riva promenade. Ana was brilliant at communicating and left lots of info and maps. Cannot recommend enough. We will return!

Familienurlaub in Split

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine ideale Lage, um die Altstadt von Split zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und sie war fűr uns ständig erreichbar. Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen in den Bädern wűrden das Haus noch weiter aufwerten. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Innenhof für unser tägliches Frühstück. Außerdem gab es in der Küche alle erforderlichen Utensilien, um es zuzubereiten. Der an der Ecke befindliche Supermarkt hat uns mit allem versorgt, was nötig war, insbesondere mit frischen Brötchen zum Frühstück. Wir wűrden jederzeit wieder kommen.
