The Villages charming 2/2 Colony Villa on a corner lot in Liberty Park. Includes gas golf cart. Conveniently located between both Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing. Within minutes to the neighborhood community pool, postal station, dog park, quick easy access to golf cart path, Sea Breeze & Lake Mona Recreation Centers, pickle ball & tennis courts, Cane Garden Country Club, championship & executive golf courses, shopping, dining & nightly dancing & entertainment on the squares -- enjoy all the amenities The Villages has to offer.
The "Palm Oasis" property was completely refreshed in 2022 which includes luxury vinyl flooring throughout and all new bedding and linens to make your stay nothing less than PALM-tastic. The property has all the comforts of home: 4 person golf cart with golf bag holder, 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 baths, one with shower, other with tub shower. Each bedroom comes with additional pillows and blankets for your comfort. Outside open patio with gas grill, enclosed lanai with love seat and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain guests.
You will have two options to obtain a guest pass. A guest ID which is free or you can purchase a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID from The Villages for $50.00 which includes two passes. Either option is only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.
Make sure you read and understand the house rules that apply to the golf cart. The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent a cart instead, please let us know.

super clean and great location

The villa was extremely clean and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were plush. The host was also very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

PALM-tastic OASIS is the real deal

We loved our stay here. What you see in the pictures is spot on if not better once you arrive. The home is clean, well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located. The golf cart is an added bonus. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with and we would very happily stay here again.

Family Christmas Trip

Everything was exceptional! I have booked several VRBOs and this was the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Not a spec of dust anywhere (ceiling fans, baseboards, etc). Immaculate! We came to visit my parents who live in the Villages. The property had every cooking utensil and dish that I needed to provide my family a great Christmas dinner. Very close to Sumter Landing square for shopping and food. Wonderful property!

Wonderful Location and Home

We stayed a month here and loved every minute. The home was as described, and location is great - just 13 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing by golf cart. House was well stocked with spices, creamer, sweetener and coffee. Everything worked well and water pressure is wonderful in the showers. Our little dog loved the neighborhood, as did we; everyone is super friendly. Very nice area to walk in. Porch was lovely for sitting out every morning and reading the paper (you can subscribe to the daily paper easily). Watch the turn signal on the golf cart - it tends to turn on sometimes if you go over a big bump, but it worked fine, and we enjoyed traveling by golf cart. Owners are great to work with, very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Top Notch

Beautiful home! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The setting around the home is so peaceful and private. We traveled with our pet and there were bowls, bags etc for them. I cut my finger and there was even a first aid kit handy. Two coffee makers to accommodate your brew preferences. Very accommodating host, 5 Stars all the way around.

Wonderful visit to The Villages

This home is comfy and very welcoming. Everything you need is there! Great location to Sumpter Landing. Stephanie was the perfect host. We were there during the hurricane Helene warning. Stepanie showed great concern and care for our well-being through out the hurricane. Being from Colorado and our first hurricane warning, this made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

2nd time staying here and looking forward to staying again!!

Stephanie does a fantastic job with her property. It is super clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will stay again in the future because what they offer is consistent. The house is stocked with all the supplies you'd need and the pool is right there along with a rec center. The golf cart is a great add too. We just love it there!!!

We loved our stay! Appreciated how clean everything was. Everything was supplied that we needed. We used your furniture covers along with those we brought. The screen porch was wonderful. Great stay, great value

The Palm Oasis is a beautiful home in the villages. My family came to visit from California and had a great time. The home is clean, spacious, stocked well and near activities. It was a wonderful place to spend a few days site seeing. Highly recommend renting this house.

Fun Getaway

Our stay was fun and this 2 bdrm property was excellent for our stay. The inside was very clean with up to date appliances and furnishings. The location is excellent because you're in the center of all nearby restaurants and town squares. Our check-in went well with no problems. We already miss being there. Also having the golf cart was an extra bonus and enjoyable for getting around. Thank You and we would definitely stay here again.

Adorably Decorated & Convenient Home

Usually I stay with my parents when I visit the villages. This time I decided to get my own place. I'm glad I did. It's nice to take a break away and be more comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and each room had its own bath. I took a walk every morning and the neighbors I met were very friendly. I didn't utilize the kitchen, but it was well equipped if I wanted to. We were able to wash and dry clothes so you don't have to over pack for a week long trip. The hosts were communicative throughout. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Home and Location

Everything is as stated, house is roomy and comfortable.. check in was very easy and owner responds instantly.. love the gulf cart didn’t need a rental car.. We had everything we needed for a very fun, enjoyable vacation. Definitely will be staying again and again. Home owners definitely put a lot of thought into making their home like our home. A true home away from home!

Not only was the location of this home fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet as well. The home was extremely clean and had literally everything you needed right there! The beds were very comfortable as well. It was super nice having a golf cart to use. The home is located between both town squares (Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood) it is closer to the LSL square. The neighborhood pool was clean and everyone we met was very nice. Not only would I recommend a stay at this home, but we will definitely be returning there ourselves. Stephanie responded immediately to any questions we had. We absolutely loved this place and you will too!!

Quick Weekend Jaunt

We decided last minute to check out The Villages. Greg and Stephanie’s home looked perfect for our needs. It did not disappoint! Just as described. Very clean. Perfect location. The golf cart helped us blend in with the residents. We could not have asked for anything more.

Perfect cottage feel

We were so pleased when we entered our rental. It smelled fresh and was so clean. Usually I have to clean first to feel comfortable, but not here, it was spotless! Beds were great, large fluffy white towels and a great workable kitchen. Owners were super nice and responsive. We highly recommend this place!
