Nice house in a family friendly neighborhood. If your activities are in Mt. Pleasant, the location is an easy drive to everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a three mile radius. The house was very clean and perfectly set up for a vacation stay. There is a small outside seating area behind the house for eating or enjoying the weather. The street is quiet and peaceful. We had a very pleasant stay with no problems or complaints.

Nice, central location for our activities in Charleston. Living areas were spread out which was nice. Property manager communicated timely. Lovely neighborhood.

Property was as described, home contained everything we needed for a long guys weekend. Great location in Mt. Pleasant, 10 minutes to Isla de Palma and Sullivans Island and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars just minutes from the house. Communication with management team was fast and easy. Previous review mentioned this, the property is a duplex and shares a wall and the driveway with another home. No issues for us but it is worth noting. Street parking is accessible in addition to the garage parking spot.

Wonderful space for the 6 of us. My questions were answered quickly. We thought “cottage” meant a stand alone dwelling, and we were surprised and confused when it was actually one side of a duplex. However, it did NOT affect our feeling of privacy.

Quiet neighborhood

We had a nice stay at the property. It was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many of the cool things to do in Mount Pleasant. We will stay here again.

Beautiful home close to Shipyard Park!

Loved the home and location! Baseball in the morning, beaches in the afternoon. Will stay here again if our grandson travels to Shipyard again!

Great House!

This house everything you need to have a great stay. It is right outside of Charleston and it is super easy to get to downtown Charleston. It is also close to great restaurants and the beach. I will definitely stay here again if available the next time I’m in SC.

Spacious property for our party of 4 adults. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Charleston, Sullivans and IOP. Very walkable neighborhood too. Good communication from manager. Would rent this property again.

Home away from home

This place rocks, had 2 couples, a kid and a dog. Easy access to all the touristy stuff and let us just have a comfortable place to come back to for some normalcy. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Gorgeous home in a great Mt. Pleasant neighborhood

I stayed in Mt. Pleasant/Charleston for two days of business travel and had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful home. Very tastefully decorated, and a wonderful bed and shower to make you feel right at home! When traveling back to Charleston I hope to have an opportunity to stay there again!
