Each room features a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, making it a joy to cook and dine together. Step out onto the patio to take in breathtaking sunsets or enjoy quality time with family and friends. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms offers stunning beach views, with the sunrise gently waking you each morning. For extra guests, the living room includes a cozy sofabed to ensure everyone feels at home. Located just a one-minute walk from the beach, the house is connected by a beautiful paved path that makes access a breeze. You’ll also be within a 5-10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and just a 15-minute drive from the vibrant Malecon, where you can explore shops, dining, and entertainment. Additional Notes: Our home is in a gated community with 24/7 security, offering peace of mind throughout your stay. Good vacation home

Very nice house just missing a few times like trash bags, not a lot of toilet paper, no dish soap. However,it was a beautiful home, I would stay here again, also needs bigger living room furniture.

Perfect Home for the Family!

We had a great time staying at this home! It was perfect for our large family. The master bedroom was on the first floor which was perfect for my friend who does not do stairs! Being in the downstairs bedroom you could not hear everyone upstairs or them coming down the stairs which was an amazing surprise! The beach was within walking distance and there was a wagon in the garage to help us cart down chairs and a cooler. We were close to the pool and jacuzzi and would hang out there at night. The upstairs outdoor area was a perfect place for us all to hang out and relax once the day was over. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay close to everything you can want to do in Rocky Point!

Great stay with family and friends

From start to finish and questions in between communication has been there and answered. Comfortable home, lots of space (12people) and an awesome roof top. Everything you need. Great place and beautiful!
