Luxury and Serenity

The whole family absolutely loved this beautifully remodeled, very nicely appointed, beachfront villa. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO over the years and this is one of our Top 5s. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook for a large group with ease, comfy beds, cold AC when it was needed and the best crushed ice maker ever. The beautiful views and proximity to the water is icing on the cake. Of course, Bella Sirena is a beautiful resort, and the amenities are great as well. We will absolutely book this one again!

The house is beautiful!

The house is right on the beach. The main area has a beautiful view of the ocean as does two of the bedrooms. The air conditioning works wonderfully. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the ice machine and the R/O wster.

Family Fun.

Villa was exceptional clean and beautiful decor. Kitchen was stocked with extra pots, pans and spices. Excellent A/C in all rooms. Extra beach towels and bedding. One of our guests planned a surprise engagement on the beautiful outside staircase at sunset. Thank you for an unforgettable long weekend. We will definitely be booking again. 🤗

Senior Trip Success

We booked this property for our daughter and five of her friends as a senior trip after just graduating from high school. A few of the parents went with us as well so in total we had 13 people staying in the house, and it was more than enough room for all of us. The house itself was large and absolutely beautiful, the location right on the beach was perfect as we spent a lot of the time on the back patio/deck when we weren't out in the water, and after staying at other resorts in the area we can confidently say that Bella Sirena resort is one of the nicest resorts on all of Sandy Beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Villa at the Beach

We had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The newly remodeled kitchen in the villa is fabulous!! The setting is stunning and right off the beach. Perfect place for watching sunsets. We enjoyed lounging in the back yard and playing Corn Hole. The huge hot tub was a favorite. There was also a lot of green space next to the villa for soccer and family games. We utilized the pool with the swim up bar, the family pool and the fitness center. We are definitely coming back next year. Neal was very responsive to answer any questions or requests.

All time favorite!

We've been visiting Rocky Point for years and this has to be the best property we've ever stayed in! It is even better than the pictures. We've rented homes before but finding one in a resort with pool access and gated security was so much better. The villa is beautifully decorated and the location is just amazing. The owners are great to work with and answered all of our questions. If you are considering booking, just do it. You won't be disappointed. We'll be back next year!

The best

This is the third time we stay at this location. Love the upgrades. One thing is tht the sliding doors dont lock. Overall it is a very safe and well secured, but can be conserning because if you have belongings it not secure. Once again love the place love Rocky Point. Till next time

Villa Bella is truly the best property on Sandy Beach! The location is almost too good to be true. You are literally steps away from the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez - it feels as though the entire beach is your backyard. It is a perfect location for family trips, couples vacations, guys/girls weekends and birthday celebrations.
