Ideally located on the ground floor, just across the dunes from the beach, this beautiful oceanfront condo will place you right next door to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island and within steps of the sand and the community swimming pool.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has been beautifully updated, offering a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, views of the ocean from the open living and dining area, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the patio - one set in the living room and one in the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom feature a king bed, an open closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The queen guest bedroom has a private bathroom as well, with a tub/shower combination, and the third bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom.

March through mid August there may only be one out of the two pools available. Neighboring buildings have exterior renovations underway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Vacation getaway

I was very impressed the condo looks just like pictures. Very convenient with a bathroom for each bedroom. Everything was neat and clean. Easy access to the beach or pool.

A corner of Amelia Island to treasure

A wonderful first-floor patio with a fabulous view of dunes and beach. Adjacent to pool and boardwalk to beach. Communication with Vacasa was outstanding, ranging from housekeeping questions to recommendations on things to do!

Great sister's weekend

My two sister's and I had a "sister's weekend" in Fernandina and had a wonderful time. The weather was not great however the condo was and we watched movies, shopped, ate popcorn, and was sad when it was time to leave. The staff was wonderful and responsive and the unit was amazing! Would definitely return.

Great Location

First time staying in a unit at Ocean Place. Have stayed at units at Amelia Island Plantation for over 20 years. The views from the living area, master bedroom and patio were amazing. As good as any we have had at AIP. First floor was a plus since we needed a unit that could accommodate a wheelchair. Able to navigate wheelchair in unit and walk-in showers were also a plus. On the downside, several small maintenance items were a bit of a nuisance. Had exterminator show up in the middle of our stay unannounced and expecting to treat the space. Gate code was changed in the middle of our stay and we were not informed. When we contacted the gate answering service for the complex, they were less than helpful, contacted the Vacasa central customer service center, and informed the local Vacasa personnel would have to address, and we would have to wait for a call back. Not what we wanted to hear at 10 p.m. when we are unable to get back into our unit. Thought to text the service number for the local agency hoping someone would possibly respond at that time of night, got an almost immediate response and apology, and was provided new code. I will say local agency was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with when we did call with an issue.

very nice place to spend the week.

This was our fir time in unit 5. We really enjoys being on the ground flour. It was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking adventure. The lines were very nice. I would recommend this unit.

Great weather

I loved the location on the first floor and being right on the beach with only a short walk across the dunes. The weather was record breaking for February so it was wonderful to have a pristine beach every day of our stay. The condo was comfortable for our family of six though the mattresses could be changed.
