Ideally located in the heart of Summer Beach Village, this newly decorated, oceanfront townhouse will place you mere steps from the beach and a tree-lined community pool.

The entrance to this three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is on the second floor. As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, multiple cable TVs, and free WiFi throughout. Outside on the patio, you can take in views of the ocean from the comfort of new furnishings that were added in August 2020.

The primary bedroom, located upstairs, features an ocean view, a king bed, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed with a trundle, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, is located on the main level; the third bathroom with a walk-in shower is across the hall from the third bedroom.

Just as expected! Great communication from PM!

The set up was great. The kids loved the bunk beds and they had their own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer worked great. We did have an issue with an outlet that got tripped during a storm, we woke up to no power to half of the main floor. The property manager made sure that we got power within a few hours and had the problem fixed by noon! The PM communicated everything very well!

A good choice

This property met our needs and we'd use it again.. It is comfortable for 4 people but the living/dining area might be tight for more than people than that. The balcony overlooks sand dunes to the ocean and had comfortable balcony furnishings.

Loved it!

Four girlfriends and I met here for a vacation and we had such a great time. The location was great and the Sailmaker Complex was really nice. We enjoyed having the shaded pool after a full day of sun and beach. I would absolutely come back!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view of the ocean. Large condo with everything you need. Queen mattress needs to be replaced..it is rock hard. Shower on main level had sand all in & was no clean upon arrival but other then that we had a great stay!! Will come back again

great condo, just a few issues….

We really enjoyed this floor plan, it’s one of our favorites. we have stayed on several different condos on this development. I enjoy being on the top level even though you have to walk around to get to the beach instead of straight out your back patio. This condo is mostly updated, save one bathroom, we liked that as well. What we did not enjoy were the tiny ants or spiders that were ALL over the main floor and seemed to bite. If the kids dropped even one crumb these insects suddenly swarmed it. They were all over the kitchen countertops and made it difficult to prepare food. we asked someone to come out and spray and they did, very quickly, but it did not help the situation. Our other issue was with the AC. It was not properly working the first couple of days. We finally got someone over to the condo on our 3rd day and they did something to make it better and the unit was properly cooled the rest of our vacation. Lastly, the sheets seemed to have sand on them even on the first night of our arrival. I think this must be bc they are all cleaned together at a laundry facility and all the sheets have lots of sand in them that just doesn’t get totally cleaned out. We requested new sheets and for them right away but the new sheets also felt a little sandy. we just let it go after that. Nice condo and great location but we will probably try a different unit next time. The rental company was very responsive and helpful.

What a lovely home!! We just went down for a long weekend and this was the perfect home. Its clean, has a VERY well-equipped kitchen, lovely decor, gorgeous views and a short walk to the beach. Loved everything about it!

Beautiful condo with great view and close beach access

This condo was perfect for us and our 4 children. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. The beach access is very close and easy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay

611 Sailmaker is a great place to stay. The condo is bright and nicely furnished and close to the beach. We had 7 adults and were very comfortable. The only glitch was that the dishwasher was broken & needed to be replaced which could not be done while we were there. Vacassa was very responsive and apologetic and refunded us some $ for the inconvenience. It was handled very well & to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay there again.

Beachfront paradise

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3bath beachfront townhome was perfect for our girls weekend of 7! Loved the beach sunrise just steps from the property & enjoyed the evenings on the balcony! We will definitely return! Amelia Island was a hidden gem in FL with lots of outdoor activities!

Golf Getaway

This place was perfect for our family. It was a short walk to the beach and had a little deck for hanging out in the evenings. The staff was very helpful during the check in process. I would stay here again.

Memory making success!

The location was perfect! We were able to get anyplace on the island with 15 minutes. Views were fantastic and our grandchildren loved having access to the beach. We would stay at this location again.

Good time, Great location on the beach

Everything was pretty much as described. We had some ants in the kitchen that were kind of a nuisance. Also reached out on the VRBO app about missing patio furniture that was never responded to. A couple days later I called, and it was handled quickly. Bedrooms were nice and so were the bathrooms. Felt like the kitchen needed updating. Washer and dryer were also dated. Overall, everything did work adequately for our needs and we had a great time.

Beautiful Amelia Island Getaway

The location and property were absolutely gorgeous. Summer Beach Resort on Amelia Island is set on a quiet beach and surrounded by a beautiful live oak forest. The unit itself is beach front, well decorated, and has everything we needed to feel at home. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, which is always important. We did have a couple of issues while we were there that were responded to quickly and easily by the management company (issues with the door locks, a/c, finding the correct pool to use). Lezlie at the management company was very responsive and went above and beyond to resolve any issues. My only suggestion would be that the patio furniture needs to be replaced. What is shown in the photos when we booked the property apparently has been removed, so there wasn’t any seating at all outside.

We were attending a wedding at the Ritz so the location was great and with us and our 2 married children, we saved a lot of money renting this townhome for all 6 of us instead of booking 3 rooms at the Ritz for the long weekend. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. My only small criticism is that it was a bit smaller than the photos picture it. But otherwise, would recommend staying there. Amelia rental company was very helpful and efficient.

Great location and views, but ...

The views were fabulous and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our group. We were surprised by the construction! Why were we not told about it prior to our arrival? We were very disappointed in the lack of communication from the property manager about the construction, lack of deck access, and missing patio furniture. The house was dirty — sand everywhere — and the windows were fingerprinted and smudged. When we requested additional linens (since some were missing), the agency brought them right over — thank you! Our concerns center on the lack of transparency in communication with the management of this property.

Great family time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but needed some updates. The condo was. Being cleaned when we arrived. When we got in , in about 45 mins later (which was ok), had sand on floors, had to sweep. Food in drain in sink(disgusting). No towels, wash cloths, no passes to park, but called Amelia Rental and this was taken care of immediately. Not bad condo, but would prefer nicer one next time.

Excellent view, well maintained

Well maintained house, great views, clean sheets/towels. Well-stocked in kitchen and some utensils may have to be replaced. Games, cards, books, floaties, internet were available. Location is good - 0.7 miles from harris teeter. Booked it online and no issues with booking. The only challenge we ran into was a construction to the houses that could have blocked the balcony but we took the risk...it was a much needed vacation :) The rental company managed the communication well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are breathtaking and the kids loved having green space to roam and enjoyed seeing the turtles. Property was exactly as listed. Only recommendation I would make would be for a new washer/dryer. Some functions did not work properly or completely spin to complete load. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us. We will definitely be back to visit again!

Great Location with epic views but not worth it at all.

We had a nice stay. For nearly $8,000 I would expect clean rugs, good washer/dryer and linens. Cheap supplies were off putting. Towels, sleets that come off the bed, silverware and dishes. It did not feel worthy of the price. Dog friendly, we were awakened by dogs barking and our peace was often interrupted by dogs in the next rental (several families over the 31 days) left during the day to bark. Feces on lawn and all that urine in yard was off putting.

Nice Condo, but Management Company Needs Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 2020. The condo is as described with a nice ocean view but could benefit from a few more convenient touches like facial tissues, better shampoo/conditioner and liquid hand soap in the kitchen plus a dish brush.Significantly, I feel the rental agency managing this property is not doing much for the owner, so I hope they read this review. My first interaction with them was sending a note through the VRBO app asking about the patio furniture. I read the previous reviews about it being poor before noticing the note in the listing that it had been upgraded in 2020. The response I received from the rental company was that they didn’t see any reviews mentioning patio furniture and didn’t know anything about it either way. If they had just looked at the listing online they would have seen the reviews and the answer. My second interaction with them was calling to inquire about early check-in. The listing on VRBO states that the property is vacant for one day in between rentals for Covid safety so I thought we might be able to get in an hour early. The person I spoke to said that I was mistaken and none of their rentals have that day gap. I had to send her a screenshot of the listing to prove it but she still offered no help except to say I could cancel if I wanted to and was quite rude and defensive. I just checked the listing before writing this review and the fraudulent claim of one day vacancy is still there - that is the reason for my low review. If you’re renting this property for that reason (as I did) renter beware. I will say that after I sought out the owner of the rental company he apologized and offered a consolation, but the fact that the listing is still wrong on Vrbo makes me think they either can’t be bothered to change it or are purposefully misleading people.

Really Nice!
