This gorgeous condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation and comes equipped with a private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean! Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, TVs in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, and an on-site washer/dryer. This multi-level condo boasts gorgeous ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom and offers a great entertaining space for the entire family! The primary bedroom has a bathroom attached to it with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the middle floor and have a shared bath (shower/tub combo) in the hall.

Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. If there’s not a pic, it’s because it’s bad.

First the good: the view is amazing. The beach is uncrowded. Now everything else: You will notice there are no pictures of the master bathroom and precious few of the bedroom. The master bath is maybe 28 inches wide. It would not meet standard building codes. The shower head needed to be replaced at least a decade ago, and the water pressure is so poor that the water falls right by the poorly placed soap dish that sticks out and takes up a good quarter of the width of the shower. So showering for an adult is virtually impossible unless you work at Cirque du Soleil. The refrigerator is so cheap there’s literally not a refrigerator light. I didn’t know you could get a refrigerator that bare bones. And it freezes anything in the back half while things in the front half are lukewarm. The dishwasher wasn’t properly installed so it tried to fall out of the wall whenever we opened it. There’s ONE dish towel so you can’t hand wash dishes unless you wash them and dry them one at a time. The washer and dryer are old and do not work properly. Everything to do other than go to the beach is at the other end of the island, which is 20-30 minutes in the car each way. Keep looking. This place isn’t worth the price.

Fantastic view and location

Very good property and location. Not for small children due to higher floor and balcony. Great for adults and family. Excellent pool. Right on beach and fabulous view. Easy parking. Needs beach towels and one of the bedrooms with twin beds doesn’t get great air conditioning. Excellent weekend stay on the Plantation.

Great Views!!

My 3 sons loved the views!! And the large pool. Perfect location so we will be back again! Plus the quick replies from Vacasa staff was a big plus!

Beautiful condo in a secluded area.

The condo was comfortable - the couches, the beds, the pillows, the space, and all of the kitchen items provided. It was truly a home away from home. The condo overlooked the beautiful pool and had the most amazing view of the ocean. The balconies were perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and then the sunset the other way in the evening. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars was because the WiFi and cable went out one day into our stay, and despite reaching out numerous times to Vacasa, it was never fixed during our stay.

Girls weekend

We had an amazing girls weekend! It was shrimp festival weekend and this end of the island was so peaceful. The condo was super clean, relaxing, and spacious. We had everything that we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, clean linens, washer and dryer. The views of the beach and pool were amazing! This unit was in the Perfect location. I could watch my older children in the pool from our balcony. The walk to the beach was short and scenic. Parking was easy. There is an elevator. This is a gated community that feels very safe and welcoming. We hope to visit again soon and take advantage of the bike trails. I cannot speak more highly of the Vacasa staff. They were super attentive! My questions were answered almost immediately when I messaged them. They went above and beyond for us, even offering suggestions for food and entertainment. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Over all loved our stay. Was so peaceful & relaxing. Only thing is it is very difficult to find with google maps. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of booking again! ❤️

Dream Vaca

Phenomenal stay and facility/property provided much needed respite. The views were breathtaking and the layout was perfect for our family. We will definitely venture again :)!!

Decent Condo

Great location right on the beach with very nice grounds and pool. Condo was clean but carpet was really dirty and either needs cleaned or replaced. Suited my family of four - thank you.

Great Beach town house

Excellent location. Furniture was good except that the master bedroom king bed is wornout and so uncomfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Provided linens are nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Beach Walker Condo

The location, private parking, and the management company were big pluses. The condo was okay. Bathrooms were very small. The Master Bath was basically one person at a time. The kitchen was also very tight. Closets were very small. Bedrooms were like staying at a hotel, not a home.

Great Vacation Venue

Reviewer Comments: We were hosting 18 of our 27 immediate family members in three condos at Beach Walker Villas. 1137 Beach Walker Villa offered 3 BR- king, queen and set of twins. Perfect set up! Beautiful view of the swimming pool and Atlantic Ocean beach all a short walk on a nice lighted boardwalk. The villa was recently updated, well appointed kitchen, clean -perfect! My adult kids will probably return soon!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Amelia Island for 6 years and have always rented through same company. This property however did not meet any Covid requirements upon arrival. Refrigerator had Kool Aid spilled all over the inside. Shower had shells all over the floor and a wad of long black hair on top of the drain, bathroom sinks covered in toothpaste spit and more! The rental company said they would refund cleaning fee. I ended up recleaning the condo. The condo itself needs some updating. Showers and tub full of rust and cracking caulk. Carpets dirty. Furniture very nice, location is awesome and view is to die for!

Great location for family beach trip

Check in and check out was smooth. The condo was not well cleaned and there was only one pool key, but other than that everything was great. The Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The location was good and the view outstanding. The entire family had a great time.

Reviewer Comments: Nice overall stay...* Positives- nice complex, beautiful boardwalk to the beach, well maintained grounds- location is great -- quiet but still very accessible to town- balcony has a beautiful view of the pool/ocean- nice touch providing a choice of books for guests to enjoyNeeds Improvement- investing in a few simple additions would make this property much more comfortable -- add a few throws or blankets -- we had some cool nights and there wasn't a blanket to be found- Kitchen -- a Kuerig and a new set of knives would have been so nice- providing a couple of beach chairs and beach towels would make it much more convenient for travelers arriving by plane- and perhaps the biggest drawback to this property -- the views are awesome, but you can only see them from the balcony or through open windows, as the windows are in such poor condition (perhaps a broken seal?), that you literally can't see through them. -- And it is for this reason, that we would not rent this particular unit again

Just What We Needed

Our family of 5 was in need of a long weekend away, and this condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was beautiful, there was plenty of space for us to spread out, and it was fully stocked with all we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach, and were able to rest and relax in a cozy condo during the rainstorms that came through. We will definitely be looking to rent this condo again.

Late July in Amelia

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. Some minor repairs would have helped to make it better, closet door adjustments and leaky faucets, but good technology with Comcast cable and streaming access. Good collection of cooking utensils and implements, glassware, etc. Pool was quite warm and chemicals were quite strong - a little more refreshing (cooler temp) would have been better. Elevator at Beach Walker died the day of departure and we had to lug all of our stuff down 6 flights of stairs in 90 degree heat. Aside from that it was a good trip.
