The entrance door to this 32 m² studio opens onto a bright, comfortable, and elegantly decorated space.

It features a double bed (140x200 cm) carefully made up with high-quality hotel linens, a desk perfect for remote work, and a large TV.

The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four people.

Closets are available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine.

The bedroom also includes a double bed (140x200 cm), thoughtfully prepared for your optimal comfort.

The bathroom is fitted with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

You will have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Please note that exterior renovation work is scheduled to begin in September (or possibly a bit earlier). Thank you for your understanding.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The Latin Quarter, located on the left bank of the Seine, is the intellectual and vibrant heart of Paris. Known for its prestigious universities like the Sorbonne, its historic bookstores, and lively cafés, this neighborhood is a paradise for students and culture lovers. Wander through the narrow, cobblestone streets, explore the Panthéon, where many great French figures are laid to rest, and visit the Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a relaxing break. You’ll also find numerous arthouse cinemas, theatres, and unique shops. The Latin Quarter offers a captivating blend of history, youth, and energy, truly quintessentially Parisian.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Cardinal Lemoine (line 10), is just a 6-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
