Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The apartment is on the 6th floor, accessible by lift.
The living space features a sofa and a dining table for two and has access to a lovely balcony with a fantastic view over the city.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an electric plate, toaster and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Known for its prestigious universities like the Sorbonne, historic bookstores, and lively cafĂ©s, this neighbourhood is a haven for students and culture lovers. Stroll through its narrow, cobbled streets, explore the PanthĂ©on, the final resting place of many great French figures, and relax in the Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a peaceful break. Youâll also find numerous arthouse cinemas, theatres, and unique shops. The Latin Quarter offers a captivating blend of history, youth, and energy, quintessentially Parisian.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Censier-Daubenton (line 7), is just a 4-minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ300 smoking fee at a minimum.
