A welcoming living room with laminate floors and stylish peacock-themed decor offers comfortable furnishings -- including seating for four on a couch and armchair. A 43” flat-screen Roku TV sits above a credenza with books, puzzles, games, and cozy throw blankets.

KITCHEN & DINING

Find everything you need to prepare favorite home-cooked meals in the well-appointed retro kitchen. A full suite of appliances includes a microwave and electric range.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the four-person dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-level home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a stately king-size bed with a vanity area and a TV. The second guest room is furnished with two comfy twin-size beds. Both rooms have ample closet space and pull-out drawers on the beds. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy the fresh air on the screened porch, offering comfortable seating for four. Or step outside and fire up the gas grill -- a patio table for four makes this the perfect space for backyard barbeques. Swing under the big oak tree or relax on the double lounger.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is provided for up to four vehicles in the circular driveway.

Sand and surf, wildlife sanctuaries, and world-class fishing also await you. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
