Launch your paddle board or fish off the private dock in the no-wake canal, and enjoy refreshing swims in the brand-new, heated, saltwater pool. A screened patio is the perfect spot for after-dinner drinks or morning coffee.

LIVING AREAS

Get comfortable on a sofa and armchair in the living room, where you can stream favorite shows on the 49” Roku TV.

Upstairs, the family room offers another gathering space, complete with a sofa, love seat, and armchair, as well as a 49” TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home includes four bedrooms that sleep eight total. Three bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The tranquil upstairs master suite is furnished with a king bed and flat-screen Roku TV. An en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

On the first floor, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen Roku TV, while the third guest room holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Watch movies or play Nintendo on the 32” Roku TV. The second bathroom provides a walk-in shower.

Back upstairs, you’ll find a fourth bedroom furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen Roku TV.

An additional half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

This home offers a number of inviting outdoor areas from which to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Curl up with a good book on the screened patio off the kitchen, or splash around in the heated, saltwater pool.

No matter where you choose to relax, you’ll enjoy breathtaking water views and maybe even catch a glimpse of marine life.

This property has its own private dock, however, please note there is no boat access and the boat lift is not available.

Just a half mile away from your door, you’ll find the commercial center of Indian Rocks Beach. Take your pick from a wide variety of seafood restaurants and visit the fun surf shops.

For a day of family fun, take the kids to Splash Harbour Water Park (0.7 miles). Or head down to Smuggler’s Cove Adventure Golf (3 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
