Newly-Renovated, Waterfront House, Deck, Pool, Dock...EASY Walk to the Beach

On the Intracoastal!! Use the kayaks or fishing rods or just relax on the private dock and watch the dolphins swim by while hanging in the new heated/cooled pool. Amenities are plentiful and can host a large family (or TWO). It's an EASY walk to the beach. Beach gear including wagon, chairs, towels, coolers are available for use. BTW, sunsets are incredible!

NOTE: IN-GROUND HEATED/COOLED POOL ADDED in June 2024!!*

BEDROOMS. Master bedroom suite with new king bed and luxury bath with soaking tub and shower. 2nd bedroom includes new queen bed. and half bath. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed as well. The 4th bedroom sleeps three (great for kids!). Bonus bedroom (inside 4th BR) has a queen bed and a futon. Full bath adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4. Smart TV's in every bedroom. Central air. All linens provided.

Chef and Entertainers Kitchen. Cook a gourmet meal on the 8 burner Wolf range while being part of the action with the open floor plan. Kitchen has all new appliances (2 sinks with disposals, fridge with water and ice, microwave, built-in coffee maker, and wine cooler.).

Kitchen Seating. Kitchen peninsula accommodates six (6) people and adjacent dining table holds another six (6). There is a highchair available.

Family room is open to kitchen and has a giant SMART TV and water views.

Decks and Patios. Eat outside on the deck with outdoor dining table and gas grill. Want more shade, There is a large covered patio below with lounge seating. Want more sun? Chill out on the new dock.

Need to do work or Zoom call?? There's an office space with monitor and keyboard for your convenience.

DINING: Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Kooky Coconut (0.4 mi) and 0.6 to 1.0 miles in either direction for restaurants, bars, take-out.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, ALL linens/towels/beach towels, first aid kit, washer/dryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps/shampoos, pack n play / high chair.

FAMILY ADVENTURES: Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve (0.5 miles), Splash Harbour Water Park (1.0 mile), Florida Botanical Gardens (3 miles), Clearwater Marine Aquarium (8 miles)

PLEASE NOTE: This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect for families and those looking to relax. No PETs or PARTIES allowed.

Great House

The house was perfect for our extended family. The teens stayed upstairs while the parents/couples stayed downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for prepping/cooking meals. We rented a golf cart, which made getting back & forth from the sand easier.

The location was so perfect! The pool and outside patio was a great place to spend the afternoons. The kitchen was so spacious and well stocked.There was a note to not lower the AC below 76, which was quite warm for the Florida summer and 10 adults. Also, the grill was very rusted and not able to be used.Overall, it was great for a beach weekend though!

The house was equipped with everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed . Counter top ice maker and chef’s stove. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Towels and kayaks. Easy walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Great home, great location, great hosts

Everything about the stay was excellent. The home is as described with top of the line kitchen Which made eating in and hanging around enjoyable.The hosts were very accessible and responsive to the few small inquiries we had. Ovation was great and the daily visit from the dolphins feeding in the channel was an extra bonus!We would definitely stay here in the future.

Good location and pleasant house

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is quiet, accessible, and very close to the beach. The owner, Chris, was very attentive. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is new and open with direct views of the water. The house is also well equipped.

This house was perfect for our family of 6
we truly enjoyed our stay! The owner was very attentive and communication was great. Easy walk to the beach, local food, and more. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Family Reunion

It was just spectacular, the view , location, and the decor and amenities were top shelf, owner was very gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was exactly has pictured inside and out. Great Property

The house was great. Beautiful, spacious, good location. About 10 minute walk to beach on low traffic roads, quiet neighborhood with a lovely backyard. Really, a pretty perfect vacation home. Everything was clean and well maintained, lots of space both to be together or sneak off for some alone time. Highly recommend for multiple families vacationing together.

July 4th getaway

Decided to take the kids and their friends to a beach getaway for July 4th week. Needless to say, everyone had a great time. The house was very clean and in a perfect location. We saw dolphins from the deck, beautiful sunsets and just felt at peace. The kids fell in love with the area and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful getaway for family!

We had three families staying (one set of parents and two siblings and their families, kids ranging 2-12) and the house fit all of us very comfortably. The walk to the beach is pretty easy and there’s a cart, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and beach toys. There are also kayaks which the kids LOVED. The check-in process was super easy and the house has most things you’d need for a beach vacation. Were definitely considering booking here again for our next trip!

Family gathering

Great location, lots of space to accommodate multiple family members, on water for fishing and kayaking, short walk to beautiful beach. Downsides: upstairs shower broken and also leaked through to floor below so we were left with one shower for 9 people, and one sink in master bedroom wasn’t functioning (hopefully things will be fixed for your stay); have to climb full flight of stairs to get to first floor, which is not what we expected for disabled family member; most beds had too soft mattresses.

A Low Key Spring Break Retreat

Home was a frozen winter land, so we made plans to enjoy warmer weather in Indian Rocks Beach. With 2 families and a few other college spring breakers in the lovey and nicely appointed home was perfect. Check-in was extremely easy, the host very responsive. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space for us to spread out, and gather together. The home was clean and well maintained, with a GREAT kitchen. One of us was a culinary graduate, and she loved the extra kitchen sink along with the workspace! There was so many items available for beach days, and they used quite a few items. We had 3 vehicles between us, and they all fit in the driveway. Definitely a very pleasant stay!

Fabulous home in a fabulous neighborhood

The house is spacious and extremely comfy. It's 'homey' while feeling elegant and modern. Every single one of us is wowed by our stay. The hosts have tons of beach and water toys such as boogie boards, umbrellas, kayaks, toys for the kids, and wagons to take everything in. I kayaked over to the nearby mangroves and saw a roseate spoonbill!! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful; the house is a 10 minute walk to the beach. I loved Indian Rocks and much prefer the small town vibe vs. monsters like Clearwater, where we were also considering renting a vacation home. I'm so glad we landed in this house :) Communication with our hosts was prompt and super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our experience and can't wait to go back.

Great property and location; non-communicative, non-responsive, cheap, low-integrity owner

Nice property, nice location. If those are sufficient criteria for your stay then this is your place. Our experience proved otherwise:: * for multiple months prior to reservation I tried to get in touch via multiple methods with the listed owner Eric, who lives out of state, does not retain any local property management, was laughably non-responsive both pre-trip and when things started going wrong on during trip; * Arrived at property Friday afternoon and access codes were all amiss,, no entry. No local mgmt to contact & again Eric non-responsive to phone/text requests. After couple hours my stepfather was able to round him up and we were able to get access. * Refrigerator compressor shot -- fridge inoperable. Eric did get technician out to diagnose but needed part which was not to be available until early following week. Eric sent me text saying "s**t happens, you understand, just roll with it" and at this point he went AWOL again as I tried multiple times over weekend to get in touch with him. I bought multiple large coolers and 2x day went Publix get multiple bags ice to bring back to "camp out" in kitchen. That time/effort was not factored into trip considerations. After filing dispute with VRBO per this (of course Erik to this day yet non-responsive) they did give me $500 partial refund; Budget refrigerator was delivered to unit and put in garage on Sunday night. * It's a beach vacation property. Prior to the trip, when I finally got in touch with him pre-trip I sought confirm unit had umbrellas for us take to beach, he assured me it did. Upon arrival there's no umbrellas, so I sent him text complaining he'd misrepresented that as well, he told me go buy some & he would reimburse me -- again, time supposed to be with my family on vacation & instead I'm driving around multiple retail shopping locations to compensate for property issues. I bought two nice striped beach umbrellas (at 5th place I tried) sent Erik the $76 receipt and of course he's been non-responsive to this day with no reply or payment. Eric lives offsite somewhere up East Coast which would be fine if he had maturity or professionalism to be a VRBO owner or if he retained onsite management. Pathetic communication & accountability skills -- then just runs and hides and goes dark. I do now see an additional name on the owners listing, so perhaps Erik has since retained local property management. Unless he has done so I would advise avoiding making a reservation at this property.

Great family vacation

What a wonderful vacation. Everything was great from the beautiful kitchen to the pool and dock to the short walk to the beach! Kooky Coconut was a favorite and close by! Our hosts are top notch. Always helpful, kind and prompt with responses. Highly recommend and hope to return for another stay!

Property was great! Kids loved the pool. Having a dock and kayaks was a plus. Even able to kayak around with the dolphins from the dock. About an 8 minute walk to beach. Host communicated quickly and the place was clean upon arrival. No issues. Would definitely go back.
