Step into this 40 mÂČ apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space.
The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just beside it, the dining area offers a welcoming table that seats up to four guests.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom includes a single/double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful nightâs sleep.
A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.
The bathroom is fitted with a sink and a shower.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and a smoke detector has been installed for your safety.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
All thatâs left to do is settle in and enjoy!
Guests will have access to the entire home!

The nearest metro station, Gare d'Austerlitz (lines 5 and 10), is just a 4-minute walk.
