PÄ Bellativa kan du koppla av i den privata, njurformade stenpoolen med en fontÀn som smÀlter in frÄn badtunnan. Inuti hemmet kan du njuta av ett underhÄllningsrum som öppnar sig till poolomrÄdet; rummet Àr utrustat med en 42-tums platt-TV och inbjudande möbler.

De fyra sovrummen och 4. 5 badrum, med en extra bÀddsoffa i underhÄllningsrummet med stor skÀrm, kommer bekvÀmt att rymma din familj och vÀnner. I sovrummet finns en king size-sÀng, en vÄt bar med kylskÄp, direkt tillgÄng till hissen och vackra franska dörrar som leder ut till en privat uteplats. BefÀlhavaren badet Àr utrustat med en jacuzzi badkar med en separat dusch av stenbrickor. Dessutom Àr tvÄ sviter inredda med drottningssÀngar och har privata bad, och en svit innehÄller tvÄ fulla sÀngar.

Great location

The house is a great size and in a fabulous location. We had 7 adults and 3 children under 3 and had ample room. Our major complaint, and this is no fault of the home owner at all, was the cleanliness when we arrived. Items sitting around were dusty. Ceiling fans were dirty. Carpet had visible items not vacuumed up. We tried to use the vacuum at the house but canister was full. Foliage around pool was overgrown so items kept falling in the pool and the floor of the pool remained dirty. Yard crew was there the day before we left to trim. So I’ll repeat the house was great and the home owner had no control over our issues. We did inform Royal Shell when we left. Again location is great!!!

Fantastic location

Great location to the beach and phenomenal pool to have for kids and to lounge around in. Lots of mosquitoes by the pool so bring bug spray.

Captiva Captivates

We enjoyed this beautiful home immensely. The pool, hot tub and deck were fabulous. Loved the dense palms making a wall on one side of the pool. Access to the beach was perfect. Screen porch delightful. We walked to all the restaurants too. We had to call maintenance for no hot water in the house. Sunsets were a daily routine. Fun for all ages and beautiful. It was a destination vacation celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our two children and their families. Would love to return! Beautiful house and great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, gift shops and grocery store. Only complaint would be chairs in living room were very uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have had another king size bed. Would definitely stay here again

Relaxing getaway

Our family had a great time visiting Captiva and Bellativa. The short walk to the beach made it easy to experience island life. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of ways to entertain family in the house. Short walk to local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Wonderful week in Captiva!

Our group of six had plenty of space to spread out in this large 4-bed, 4.5 bath house. We liked the big kitchen, pool and hot tub, outdoor grill, screened-in porch, and balcony. The beach is an easy walk just across the street and down a shady path. The beach chairs, a wagon, and plenty of towels were provided. The house could use a little updating, such as new carpeting in a few areas. We had a great week and would definitely stay in this house again.

Perfect layout and location for our family

We stayed at Bellativa with our 4 grown children and their spouses for Christmas. Everyone had their own private rooms/bathrooms, with lots of gathering spaces for hanging out, watching Christmas movies and playing games together. Each couple took a turn to cook dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the few times that it was too windy for the beach. The house is close to the great restaurants and shops in town - we rarely used our car once we got there. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing!

Wonderful home. Perfect for a large family with kids. Loved the pool, hot tub and landscaping. It’s across the street from the library which was great for the kids. Close to lots of other things to do too.

Great time

We had a great time at Bellativa. We had four couples including my wife and I. The bedrooms were good and the kitchen was very nice. The pool and hot tub came in very handy as the weather was not overly cooperative. But we liked it a lot.

Beautiful house in amazing location

Thanks so much for a great stay! The house was spacious and very comfortable. The pool and landscaping made us feel like we were at a resort and just a short walk to the almost private beach and we were in heaven. Can’t wait to return!

Relaxing family beach vacation

The house and the location made our family beach vacation wonderful. We would definitely come back to the house and the area. Easy walk to the beach with a 21 month old. Fun at the pool when you were tired of the bright sun at the beach. There was some confusion at check in because I was instructed by Royal Shell Vacation(property manager)in an email we had to get the house keys in Sanibel. We actually got the keys at the Captiva office.

Great getaway

The property was accurately described and closer to the beach then we imagined. Everything we needed on the island was a short walk away. Royal Shell was able to answer all our questions about the house and came at a moment’s notice to show us how to work the pool and hot tub, turn on the gas for the grill, and tighten a loose kitchen faucet. We enjoyed the house for 2 weeks with our 3 children and would absolutely return.

Beautiful Captiva paradise!

The house appropriately named Bellativa and location were perfect! We walked few steps to beach or hung out at amazing secluded pool and hot tub. Huge kitchen to cook in or walking distance to restaurants. Can’t say how much we loved this house and Captiva! Would highly recommend and hope to come back!
