The space
This pet friendly 4-bedroom beach house is in a quiet and gated Paradise Retreat community, only 7min walk to private beach access. Golf cart and bikes w/ helmets are included. Complimentary beach service is provided during summer season. Relax & savor the moment w/ your family in the private heated pool and hot tub. Beachfront bars and restaurants are located within walking distance. Many water sport activities available at the nearby Miramar beach. Premium outlet mall is within 10min drive.

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom)
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the master bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed that beckons you to relax after a day of fun! Having an ensuite bathroom and a small walk-in closet in this bedroom is also a benefit that lets you freshen up with the convenience of your privacy. This room is also equipped with a 55k Smart TV that lets you relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.

Bedroom 2 (King-sized bed)
A tranquil sanctuary featuring a king-size bed that promises a peaceful night's rest perfect for your friends and family. This room comes with a 50” 4K Smart TV that lets you sit back, relax and enjoy the rest of your stay.

Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4
Ideal for families or groups, this bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed with a twin-sized and a double-sized bed that can accommodate up to 3 guests, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together. The third bedroom comes with a 50” 4K TV.

Here also is a grill that you can use for you to indulge in delicious barbecues, adding a delightful culinary element to your getaway!
Note: Pool heating is optional and can be turned on for an additional fee of $40 per day, requires prior notice.

Guest access
This getaway modern beach home is located in a community that boasts of its spacious, private backyard with a heated pool and newly added hot tub.
Private beach access to the residents of this community is a short 7-min walk from the property, where you can get complimentary beach service in summer (March 1 - Oct 31) with access to two beach chairs and an umbrella. Additional beach chairs, beach trolleys, and an ice cooler is provided for guests' use at the beach house.

For your convenience, our 6-seater golf cart and bikes with helmets are are available for your use to tour around the neighborhood!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The annual golf cart service is scheduled for May 13th to May 17th. Unfortunately, the golf cart will not be available for use during these dates.

● Please be mindful that this home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and parties are not allowed. For everyone's safety and security, please note that we have installed a security camera at the front of the house and in the backyard facing the pool (only turned on when there are no guest staying). There is also a ring doorbell camera and a smart lock installed at the front entrance for your convenience; and that operates 24/7.
