Vi ombyggde just detta hem och det visade sig vackert.

Daiquiri Days I ligger i ett privat strandnÀra omrÄde utanför hwy 98 nÀra Sandestin Resort, och Àr en perfekt resa för dem som söker en avkopplande strandsemester. VÄra gÀster har full tillgÄng till en vacker privat strand lÀngs den vÀrldsberömda smaragdkusten, som erbjuder kristallklart vatten och sockervit sand.

VÄr utsikt över viken över golfen ligger bara nÄgra steg frÄn stranden. (ca 50ft) Det finns ingen vÀg att korsa över. Bara en uppfart. Inga bekymmer för barnen att korsa vÀgen till och frÄn stranden. Absolut inget motorvÀgsljud. Bara ljudet frÄn viken.

Med tre sovrum och tre badrum, Daiquiri Days kommer jag sÀkert att behaga! PÄ första vÄningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats med otrolig utsikt över bukten över stranden. Vardagsrummet vetter mot ett vackert dÀck med fantastisk utsikt. Smutta pÄ morgonkaffe och kvÀllsdrycker medan du njuter av en fantastisk utsikt över viken. PÄ första vÄningen finns ocksÄ ett sovrum med sovrum med jacuzzi, full dusch, rymlig garderob och privat mysig utomhusveranda med utsikt över din egen privata pool. Detta Àr en pool i full storlek (13x23), till skillnad frÄn mÄnga i omrÄdet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och dubbla / dubbla vÄningssÀngar ocksÄ. Familjerummet har en bÀddsoffa. Som en extra bonus finns det ett kontor för dig som kan komma ikapp dina affÀrsaktiviteter. Det finns WiFi i huset.

PÄ andra vÄningen finns det tvÄ drottning sovrum. De har vardera privata badrum. BÄda sovrummen har tillgÄng till en privat balkong. Börja och avsluta dina dagar med spektakulÀr utsikt över soluppgÄngen och solnedgÄngen över Mexikanska golfen.

Nice stay. Loved how close the beach was. Nice patio with tv. We arrived early in Florida and was aloud to check in early as the house was available which made it very nice. Would definitely stay again

House was very clean! We had an issue with the pool and reached out to the maintenance guy and he was there within an hour! Super nice! We can't wait to book again!

The downstairs shower is not easily usable. The shower head that works well, hangs so that you have to hold it. Temperature is also a bit of a trial and error situation because it's not a clear left for hot and right for cold situation.The pots and pans have scrapes that cause flecks of the coating to get in your food. This is a little dangerous not knowing what's in the coating, but is also gross to have black flecks of the pan in your eggs. There were no measuring cups or tablespoon/teaspoon measurements, making cooking a little tricky. There was 1 glass measuring cup, which we used a lot, but wasn't ideal for smaller measurements. The blinds were very abused in the living room especially and one of the front windows has a significant crack in the glass.

We absolutely loved this property! We have been going to the Destin area from Texas for 20 years and this is the first beach house we booked. We will never go back to a condo. The privacy, pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The property manager was amazing and prompt with our questions before the stay, and a few during. We had overcast weather and requested a heated pool mid-stay and the maintenance guy was there in a flash to accommodate, plus he was super nice and had a fun personality. The house was clean, cute, spacious, and had all the things we needed to make our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

This home was great for our two family vacation. It is in a nice, private area and super close to the beach. We did have an issue with the AC when we first arrived but Romeo came out and got it taken care of quickly. Living room was a little small for 9 people but we made it work and really enjoyed our week there! Matt was very responsive and quick to take care of any problems that arose.

great place for the price

Absolutely no issues. My only hangup is that I was expecting "incredible gulf views of the beach" per the description, and this is not the case. There is beautiful condo's build in front of this home. You can see the ocean, but the view is not great. You walk about 150 feet to the gate to access a very nice private beach. Neighborhood is great. The pool is very nice. I would book again. For the price you will not find better in this area.

The pictures are a little misleading. There are houses in front of you so ocean view is limited. In need of new shower heads, glass broken on one set of front doors and the entry set poured water inside during a rain. The water stains tell you it’s been happening a while. No jetted tub. Appliances were good, upstairs and downstairs had their own A/C unit which was great. No problem being comfortable. The pool and pool area were nice with grass and landscaping. Pool area also had a large covered space with a large dining table, couch, grill and wall mounted TV. Really good area to hang out. With exception to the issues listed first, not a bad place to stay but minor repairs and a more updated/accurate amenities listing is needed. It felt misleading.

Amazing and peaceful

Our 8 group family stayed here for 5 days and 6 nights! The price was well qorth the stay! They have everything you would need at home! Communication was amazing with the host! The pool was warm and clean! We will be coming back again!!

Great Family Experience

This house was perfect in many ways. Close to private beach, rooms accommodated to our family and pool atmosphere was great to hang out around. Owner was quick to respond and house was clean. Only downfall was wifi wasn't working the entire time, but maintenance was quick to try and help. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

My wife Mary, and I have been coming to the Destin area for 20+ years. We purchased our first property here in April of 2012. Our plan was to use it a bit and rent it a little. It turns out we really enjoy renting our home out. We have gotten to know so many great families. We have hosted many weddings and family reunions. We truly enjoy working with each group to make their week absolutely perfect.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this property because it reminds us of the location of our other property. It is a very quiet street. We don't have to worry about our kids crossing a road to get to the beach. The views are fantastic! This street makes you feel like you are secluded but just drive West a mile and you are right in the middle of everything.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It is very difficult to find a newer 3 bedroom with a private pool this close to the beach.
