The kitchen opens up to our vaulted living room, offering an ideal space to cook your favorite meals while also being able to have an intimate visit with your guests. One of the most pleasant features is the back yard - Trees that enclose the space & shrubs throughout make the yard a sanctuary. You'll want to spend some time relaxing and enjoying in the tranquility of the hot tub.

The Space:
The home is immaculate and well taken care of with amazing views of the Red Rocks.

The open concept kitchen into the living room gives this house a special homely and vibrant feel. The house has also been recently renovated which gives it a crisp and clean new feel.

The spacious back yard with its dense nature coverings provide you with your very own outdoor sanctuary. There is a small bridge which goes into a mini forested area, which is very secluded - an ida place for yoga, meditation and reconnecting one's self to nature.

The red rock views are absolutely stunning. From the front porch you'll be closely seat to Castle Rock an immense local land feature that has hiking and biking trails surrounding the mountain and all throughout. One of the trailheads, the "the transept tail" is less than a half a mile from our home.
