Serene, private, and custom-designed to showcase its beautiful surroundings, this Sedona home enjoys a truly spectacular setting overlooking the red rock cliffs of Mogollon Rim. Take in unforgettable sunrises on the deck out back, find tranquil space for yoga among the trees, and marvel at the star-filled sky from the warmth of the private hot tub each evening.

Nestled on nearly an acre of lush juniper and other mature trees, this home was designed by Sedona architect Lee Christensen to maximize the natural setting. The property is quiet and almost impossibly scenic, yet it's also convenient to restaurants and art galleries downtown (less than two miles), shopping at Tlaquepaque and Hillside, and a number of gorgeous hiking and biking trails.

Both indoors and out, the centerpiece of the house is the panoramic red-rock view. Take it in through walls of picture windows in the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom, and as you watch the moonrise while dining outside on the spacious deck.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by lofty timber ceilings and a glassed-in living room with a 50-inch smart TV. Around the corner, the kitchen has been wonderfully equipped for the home chef, offering a Viking gas range, other Bosch appliances, and granite countertops. Before gathering around the dining room table for dinner, mix cocktails in the adjacent bar area; afterward, bring dessert and coffee outside to the deck.

The bedrooms are in the other wing of the house, one of which is a primary suite overlooking the mountains with its own 43-inch TV, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck and hot tub. The second bedroom opens to the front patio and water feature, while the third doubles as a home office - the perfect place to set up your laptop, log onto the WiFi, and gaze out across the desert landscape.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
