The main level offers a Master BR with en suite, family room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, powder room, deck, and laundry with washer and dryer. The Lower level offers a second kitchen, pool table, walk out living room that opens to a lower deck, bedroom and full bath. The upper level offers two bedrooms with a connecting full bath. This home is great for families and has a high chair, booster chair, and pac-n-play provided. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway, Moses Cone Park, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Blowing Rock, and Boone.

Blowing Rock in the Fall

Home is in excellent condition. Recent updating of kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful view of the mountains from large porch in a quiet neighborhood. Location is great for access to Boone and Blowing Rock. Blue Ridge parkway is 10 min ride. Very convenient for shopping and eating out.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This was the perfect home for our vacation! Close to the ski lodge. Beautiful views of the mountain range from our deck. We enjoyed skiing, hiking and going into town. We will definitely stay here again!

Holiday in the Mountains

This was a lovely place to spend a week with our adult family members during the holidays. The place was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. You do have to drive a couple of miles of twisty mountain roads to get there, but the view from the back of the house (decks on the main and upper floors!) was incredible. Loved the fireplaces, too!

Blue Spruce Home

The property has a great location. The view is fantastic and the configuration of the home allows for privacy for guests. The lower floor provides a full kitchen. Blowing rock, Boone and the Blueridge Parkway are minutes away. Great spot for your mountain vacation.

Great stay

The home was beautiful. The view was awesome. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have personal bottles of shampoo and conditioner and bar soaps in each bathroom. Enjoyed a few games of pool and relaxed on the deck enjoying the view.

Beautiful Mountain House with Long Distance Views

The house was great. Beautifully renovated kitchen with all the amenities (including a great frig with two diff ice). The best part was the large deck with an awesome sunrise view of distant mountain peaks there was plenty of room for our family at the college graduation. we especially enjoyed the pool table in the basement

Refreshing mountain vacation

Beautiful location high up the mountain providing fantastic views. Property has recently been updated. Complete living space on lower floor provides privacy for guests. The proximity to Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Boone makes this an ideal location to explore the surrounding areas and return to a quiet spot for your stay.

Mountaintop experience

Such a gorgeous home in a peaceful neighborhood that we walked around each evening toward dusk and always saw 2 or 3 deer. We had one deer peering in the kitchen window one day! Everything was clean, super comfortable (beds and furniture), with wonderful early morning sunrises to enjoy. Loved all 3 decks too! This is our second stay at this property and we'll definitely be back!

Fun with friends

Great place for get togethers with friends and families. Different floors for different groups. Lots of opportunities for games and walking, plus a beautiful balcony for eating and viewing the mountains. Wonderful local activities like hikes and walking around the small city of Blowing Rock. Grandfather Mountain was great. Bass lake and Boone’s Greenway trail were fun. Hope I get to come again.

Mountain Time

Beautiful updated home with great Mountain View’s close to all the things to do in the Blowing Rock area. Short drive to the Blueridge parkway and all the trails and lakes it leads to. Played golf at Boone Golf Club just minutes away. Great public course. Plenty of restaurant choices in Blowing Rock and Boone. Definitely would recommend for a mountain getaway.

Great Property

This was a great house for a family getaway, plenty of space with separate living areas and rec room. The house was updated, clean and well-maintained, it had great mountain views, and the location is tough to beat: just a few short minutes to 321, and from there it's a quick drive to either Boone or Blowing Rock, or even quicker to hop on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an updated mountain experience.

Don't overlook the Blue Spruce!

This property was excellent in every way and our family highly recommends it as a vacation get-away. Views were fabulous, house was perfect, with enough king size beds to accommodate three couples and sleeping space for two children. Great quiet neighborhood. Close to Tweetsie and Boone. Flat walkway into house and great parking.

Best rental I have ever stayed at

I have been renting from vrbo for over 15 years. This is the best property I have ever stayed at. The house is very clean and the view of the mountains is just unbelievable.
