En fantastisk huvudnivÄ Master Suite med golv till tak fönster har en king size-sÀng, bubbelbadkar och walk-in, kaklat dusch. Franska dörrar frÄn mÀstaren öppnar till dÀck dÀr du kan njuta av morgonkaffe som lyssnar pÄ rushen i bÀcken. Det finns tvÄ sekundÀra sovrum pÄ huvudnivÄn. Ett med en drottning sÀng och privat badrum och en annan med tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Det finns ett badrum pÄ korridoren. En privat loft sovrum pÄ övervÄningen har en drottning sÀng och en halv badrum.
Ett fullt utrustat kök. Familjerummet har en vacker vedeldad, naturlig sten spis, vÀlvda tak med strÄlar och massor av fönster att slÀppa in naturligt ljus och utsikten. Foosball bord.
En rymlig wraparound Deck erbjuder ett bra stÀlle att underhÄlla och lyssna pÄ ljudet av bÀcken. DÀcken har uteservering för matsal, solstolar och en Weber gasgrill. Sitta vid bÀcken, doppa tÄrna och lÀs en bok eller ta en tupplur i en hÀngmatta.

Vi Àr 9 miles till Sugar Ski Mtn, 17 miles till Beech Ski Mtn och 21 miles till App Ski Mtn, 8 miles till Hawksnest Tubing Park. Vi Àr mycket centralt belÀgna. VÄrt samhÀlle har asfalterade vÀgar som plöjas pÄ vintern om det behövs.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time here! We played fusball, went tubing, gem mining, and played in the creek. Great place to stay, close to lots of fun activities.

Weekend Getaway

We have always loved staying in Hound Ears and this house was no exception! Property was exactly how it was described and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! Lovely home with everything we needed!

Great Memorial weekend getaway

Great mountain house with a stream right out back that the kids loved. As well as Fishing pond at the golf course. Well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen utensils and cookware. Owners gave great recommendations for hikes, activities and restaurants that we took advantage of as well!

Great house in a great location

Our family of 4 adults and 4 kids (6-17) enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The host asked if we wanted it decorated and we thankfully accepted. It was beautiful. The house is in a very nice gated neighborhood close to multiple ski resorts, shopping, and lots of other attractions. The views from the windows and deck were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet offering privacy. We cooked almost every meal in the well equipped kitchen using the table that comfortably seats eight. There are 5 well stocked grocery stores nearby. Businesses have recovered well from Hurricane Helene. It was snowing when we arrived and we were pleased to find the roads well maintained in the neighborhood. Even though the driveway is steep, it has an attached carport big enough to hold our large van to load and unload under a covered area. My wife was glad I was driving when it came to backing up the driveway. We used the master BR walk in closet for a single air mattress for a kid with special needs (on oxygen). We would stay here again!

A lovely place

I needed a vacation and a good place to be with my family. And I was lucky enough to find the Tricia and Chip house. It is located in North Carolina and was the perfect space to disconnect and reconnect with nature. We spent a week in that super special place. In which you only hear the noise of the streams, birds and enjoy a wonderful view. When we arrived at the house we found more than what VRBO advertised, we found a home with absolutely all the comforts for a relaxing stay. It is a super clean house, everything works. Anything you want to cook there is the necessary utensil to do it. When we arrived we received a courtesy call from the owners, to put themselves at the disposal of any doubt or question. I tell them that when you arrive at this house you find a folder with all the necessary information you need about how it works, as well as suggestions for places to eat, visit, go hiking, etc. I regret that my text does not reflect all the beautiful things that my family and I experience in that place. I would definitely go back but for much longer. Thanks again to its owners because they thought of everything. Thank you and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful home!

We had an amazing time during our stay in Boone for a wedding. The house was stunning and clean, and Tricia was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

Great Stay

We had a great stay!! House and grounds were very nice in Hounds Ears. Plenty of room and extremely well stocked. Everything was very nice and the owners were very responsive. Only issue was water heaters had a little trouble keeping up with demand as it was very cold out. Would be a great place to stay any time of year

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house is very nice, super clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We had our annual family Thanksgiving with a range of ages from 14 to late 70's and everyone had a wonderful time. The house is big enough to enjoy privacy as well as cozy enough to enjoy family time. The roads are a little steep but nothing different than anywhere else in Boone. The hosts are also very responsive to any question. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Getaway

Winter Escape

We had a great time. Location was great as it was close to Hawksnest Tubing, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone. Even though it was winter, the creek offered a lot of fun for out grandchildren to explore along with other local parks.

Family time in the mountains

Our family enjoyed our time in this home. It was a great setup for our short weekend trip. Next time we will need to stay longer as there are lots of things to do locally.
