ROSE Holidays offers you this magnificent tastefully renovated apartment, located on the 2nd floor without a lift, in a baroque building in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne. You will be seduced by the brightness, the refined layout and the two balconies of this accommodation, ideal for a couple looking for peace and comfort.

Its exceptional location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bicycle: beach, city centre, market, casino, train station... everything is in the immediate vicinity.
In the building, you enjoy a pleasant setting and quick access to the large beach.
The apartment consists of:
A bright stay with balcony access, nicely decorated, equipped with a sofa, a coffee table and a dining area.
An open and functional kitchen: refrigerator, induction hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...
A room with a 160 bed, a chest of drawers, an armchair and direct access to a second balcony.
From a bathroom with shower, washbasin and storage unit, separate toilet.
â No television or WiFi - ideal for a disconnected and restful break.
