Set in a mountain village with an ice rink, shops, and restaurants, this ski-in/ski-out Alpine lodge is a three-minute walk from the PayDay ski lift and just over one mile from the Park City Golf Club. Inside, this chic mountain condo boasts all the comforts of home, with an open concept living area, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and even a private balcony. You'll find a kitchenette and a dining table with seating for six, plus a gas fireplace to keep everything nice and toasty. The free WiFi will make it easy to post your favorite memories to your social media accounts. Spend the day on a frosty ski run or taking in the sights of the downtown area then kick back on the balcony to share a glass of wine with someone you love. Guests can enjoy golf nearby during warmer months and on-site skiing during the snowy winter months. You'll also be just steps away from all the unique shops and restaurants in downtown Old Park City. After a fun day of sightseeing, come back to spend some time in the community pool and hot tub!

Great place in great location

Spacious property although 8 would be pushing it - best for family 4/6. The location excellent with a couple minutes walk to lift

Excellent location

This place is a little gem, so cozy and so conveniently located at the bottom of the lift. We loved being able to come back for lunch instead of paying for ridiculously over priced mountain lodge food. My only complaint is with the master bedroom. The bed was comfy, even had a mattress topper, however the frame it sits on is not very secure and every time my husband would shift or rollover the bed would shake like we were in an earthquake. Also, the room faces shops and restaurants whose lights never turn off, noise was not an issue but the window covering did not block any of that light out. Black out curtains and a more stable bed frame would make this a 5 star review for me. Gas fireplace was also not working, but this was a non issue as the heaters kept the place very warm.

Excellent location, can be easily improved

Excellent location. Clean. Has everything needed for a family of 4 skiing for a week. Needs some maintenance and improvements: - Fireplace stopped working after the first day. - Master bedroom shower water is not hot (second bathroom has no issues). - Provided liquid soap and hand cream is watered down as if someone added 50/50 water to the soap and hand cream. We had to buy our own from nearby store. Plan accordingly. - Towel hanger in master bathroom does not stay put. If it was not for these inconveniences, the place would get full stars.

Ski Trip Stay

Four of us stayed here for a quick 1 day ski trip at Park City. The unit is a decent size and does sleep a lot of people but with any more than 4 people, the living room and kitchen would get very cramped. The location could not be better as it was less than a 5 minute walk to the chair lifts. Overall, the place was very clean and a great pick for our ski trip.

A bit disappointed

The place is very convenient and is a great set up for a small group. Doesn't need to have updated furniture, etc., for its purpose and is comfortable.
