Stunning villa with beautiful view of 7th hole on Ocean Winds Course. Completely renovated with open kitchen and living space that leads out onto private deck. Deck includes lounge chaise and table to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner. Living space includes a pull out couch and a Samsung HD tv. Upstairs enjoy a bright and spacious bedroom with lofted ceilings. With purchase of amenity cards guests enjoy access to Islands world class facilities including: beach club pools, custom gym and more.
THE SPACE
This is a two story townhome with the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs enjoy an immaculately renovated kitchen open to the living room and private outdoor patio. Patio has seating for 2 and lounge chaise. 1/2 bath is also located off of the kitchen. Views of golf course and lagoon from all rooms. Downstairs living area has Samsung HD Tv which does not have cable service, but is setup for guest to stream thru their phone or computer connection or streaming service if they have one.
THE AREA: Guests enjoy the incredible golf course view on SEABROOK ISLAND. Beach Access is just a walk or bike ride away.
THE RESORT: Seabrook is an exclusive gated community offering 3.5 miles of beaches, marshes, and hiking trails, along with Beach Club and Lake House Athletic Club. Also, just a short drive from historic Downtown Charleston for history and shopping. Miles of beautiful beaches, peaceful marshes and hiking trails all in an untouched natural setting. Enjoy world-class facilities and fine dining at the Beach Club pool, Lake House pool and Fitness Center, racquet club, equestrian center, and 2 championship golf courses. Seabrook is also a protected natural environment that is home to wildlife and pristine flora and fauna.
Beach access is at 10 boardwalks and boardwalk #9 at Sunset beach is the closet to the unit. Most boardwalks have outdoor shower for rinsing off and parking for bikes and cars.

THE EXTERIOR: A private outdoor patio overlooks the golf course with barstool seating for 2 and comfy oversized lounge chaise.

A smart tv with device hookup is provided so guests can stream thru their phone or computer or streaming service. (cable service is not provided). And a desk and chair is also there for work.
