The Space:

The large center island with seating for four is perfect for gathering. The living room has a gas fireplace framed by built-in bookcases and opens to a screened-in porch for dining or relaxation. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer access to an open-air covered porch with views of the wooded area. The master bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, a sitting area with wet bar, and a private porch. The master bathroom includes a large jetted tub and oversized shower.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Ingle's Nest, including the gourmet kitchen, living room with a gas fireplace, and screened-in porch. Upstairs, enjoy the open-air covered porch accessible from the bedrooms and the private porch off the master suite. You'll also have access to all Seaside resort amenities, including the heated enclosed pool (seasonal) and the private beach access just a short walk away.

Getting Around:
Walkable Neighborhood. 2 parking passes per stay. All overflow parking will have to be outside the residential area of Seaside.

Please note: Any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear available are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
SEASIDE GOLF CART POLICY:
Golf Carts are only approved for medical conditions or age; all guests must go through the Rental Agency, and the Rental Agency will come through the Seaside Town Council for approval. This will also count as one of their approved parking spaces. They will need to show proof of age 70 and older (copy of identification) or a letter from the treating physician stating that they have a medical condition requiring a golf cart.
