This newly renovated 10th floor unit is complete with fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, the very best amenities for all guests, and some of the Gulf Coast's most spectacular sunsets. The unit features 2 Smart HDTV. The bunk beds are custom outfitted with their own lighting and tablets for games or streaming.

Our units comes equipped with upgraded colored linens, beside fans, sound machine, multi charging cords and pads for phones, beach towels, Bogg bag, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, RTIC cooler, margarita maker, binoculars, playstation 4 with games, full length mirror, first aid kit, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods and a starter supply of toilet tissue.

The Summit does require a fee paid directly to the complex of $27 (No Cash) per reservation for parking and wristbands. This fee is not included in your rental rate. The Summit does not accept cash.

The Summit is situated on 600 feet of sugar-white soft sandy beach and offer resort amenities including two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, large pool deck area with Tiki bar (currently pool deck closes at dusk) two kiddie/children's pools, lighted basketball courts, Shuffle Board court, children's beach playground, seasonal Summit Adventure Zone for kids complete with dive-in movies, dodge ball, ping-pong, arts and crafts, and beach games, charcoal BBQ grills, Summit market shop, free Wi-Fi, and nearby dining, shopping, and golf.
