Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This charming first-floor studio at Top of the Gulf in Panama City Beach is all about convenience, comfort, and coastal vibes.

No elevators, no stairsâjust walk out your patio door and enjoy the sun-soaked pool deck or head straight to the beach. Ideal for families, couples, or a friends' getaway.
Resort Amenities:
- Swimming pool (open year-round from 8 AM-11 PM)
- Game room
- Gym
- Coin-Operated Laundry Facility (no washer/dryer in the condo)
Top of the Gulf is an older complex built in 1976 that has been beautifully maintained by a tight-knit community of individual owners. The condo association, front desk, maintenance, and security staff enforce all of the property rules that keep the community in great shape, including:
- Wristbands are required while on resort property and for access to the resort amenities, including the pool. Wristbands will be placed in the condo prior to the guest's arrival and are required to be left upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge per missing wristband.
- No additional visitors are allowed on property, even temporarily.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas on each floor.
- No golf carts, slingshots or scooters allowed on property.
- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
***Things to Note:
- The resort fee of $30 is not included in the booking price. It is payable by cash only (no card) upon arrival at the front desk. The resort fee includes one parking pass. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site to ensure parking availability.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Top of the Gulf. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
