Gorgeous property and soo much more of a Grand feeling than expected from the pictures! Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and the balcony was amazing though ceiling fans would have been the cherry in top. The master bed was heavenly! We never had to wait more than 2 minutes for the elevator. The front desk staff needs some coaching on etiquette and friendliness. Otherwise very satisfied with the condo and our stay! Panhandle Getaways were very courteous and easy to work with. I would book with them again. Such a gorgeous property! Thank You, for a great experience VRBO and Panhandle Getaways!!!

Beautiful Condo!

Great stay bringing along two 18 year olds and two dogs. Amazing condo with all you need including a huge balcony with a beautiful view. The check in process was a bit confusing with us arriving after the office closed. We would definitely stay again.

Birthday Trip

This property was amazing! The balcony has an ocean view and it is top tier. It is a penthouse suite so you are at the very top. The communication of the property manager was very responsive. We absolutely had the best time of our lives so far. PCB was definitely somewhere we would travel again. Loved this condo!

The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dinnerware and pots/pans, etc.The condo overall was clean and bed linens were clean and crisp. The floor and base boards could have been cleaner and the bathroom cabinets need an update as they look warned. The biggest issue was there was no lighting in the living room other than an overhead fan light. Also there were no end tables in the living room other than just one table in front of the couch. I actually bought a lamp for the living room as you couldn’t enjoy the space with a fan light beaming down as you try to enjoy watching tv in the evening.The location is great and the view spectacular.The only other thing was the amount of people smoking pot on their balconies which we had to breathe in the entire 5 weeks we were there.

"A Dream Vacation! The Views Are Unforgettable" My family and I had a wonderful stay at this penthouse property! The location could not have been more perfect, just steps away from the soft white sand and the most breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee on the spacious balcony was a highlight of our trip. The sunsets were spectacular! The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious - plenty of room for all four of us to relax comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The amenities, including the pool and direct beach access, were excellent, and the property was well-maintained. This penthouse exceeded our expectations and is a wonderful place for making memories. We would book it again.

Unfortunately the vacation/ property manager, Panhandle Getaways made a beautiful gulf front condo seem terrible due to poor customer service. The condo is physically beautiful with oversized balcony overlooking the gulf. Photos of the condo were accurate. Several problems occurred that easily could have been addressed by Panhandle Getaways staff once we contacted them. However they choose to give negative attitude about our concerns and request for repairs. We got to rental 20 minutes early at 3:40 pm after driving for 8 hours with our dog. Lee at PHG was extremely rude and had no intention of trying to help us, she wanted to lecture us instead. We received the door access code at 3 pm and checked in front desk approximately 3:30 and nothing said to us about not having access to room. we were given our resort wristbands and parking information and told to enjoy our stay. We just assumed we would have access to using it once we parked and unloaded our vehicle and luggage in 105 degrees weather. Her response was "you should have read your contract better, there is nothing I can do". we weren't able to access condo until 4:15 pm. Multiple small issues in condo neglected by management. 8-10 light bulbs out, fridge water filter kept beeping (needed to be changed) multiple chairs broken. AC not able to cool unit enough(we verified all doors were closed tight for AC to work optimal). will never rent another condo if Panhandle Getaway managing property

Good communication with check-in and also with pest control visit.

Overall very nice and event free. Facilities and condo was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend or rent myself,Tower 1-2203 again. Could not open the doors to the balcony from the dining room area. Looked like the lock had been worked on previously and wasn’t a big deal to us as there is another door to balcony. I’ve dispenser did not work, again, no big deal as we bought bags of ice.

Arrival Issues :o

Upon arrival we assumed we arrived early enough to actually check in with someone, but had to contact security. Arrival of the condo, our code did not work for entrance. 3 Seniors with luggage trying to get in the door! What a time... After patience and contact via phone, we finally got in... after a tiresome evening, end up picking up minor trash in some of the rooms. Heading to bed, noticed a blood stain on the comforter of the Master Bedroom. Call and reported...

Condo was full of sand upon arrival all over counters, tubs & floors. Ac not cooking on 1st day called & maintenance guy said it was set to low below 70 deg, sweated all night on 1st night around 76 deg. Recalled on 2nd day & had to reopen a ticket cause it was closed, they had a Ac guy checked, he repaired system and he set it for 65 deg. Ice maker barely making ice, needs new filter & ice dispenser was stripped. Dishwasher wouldn't work reported it on 1st night & as far as I know it wasn't fixed when we left. Don't understand that I have a dedicated spot that came with the penthouse I rented but zi had to pay 55 for parking while I was there. I would stay away from this condo & PanHandleGetAway don't maintain their property.
