Vår Dunes Club enhet är en tre sovrum, vackert inredda, första våningen, stranden, bostadsrätt enhet. Detta fridfulla hotell ligger på den Mexikanska golfen på Cape San Blas, en stor krok mark sticker ut från fastlandet nära Port Saint Joe, Florida. Dunes Club har en pool, båt och trailer lagring, stranden strandpromenaden, hiss, hög hastighet trådlöst internet och gratis långväga telefon ringer. Vår enhet har ett stort däck vetter ut mot Mexikanska golfen. Vyn är också lätt tillgängligt via vardagsrummet och sovrummet skjutbara glasdörrar. Färgglada trärockare för vuxna och barn, matbord sittplatser 6 och gasgrill finns på däck. Det finns en trappa från däck till marken bara några fötter från poolen. En strandpromenad leder direkt till stranden där du hittar några andra människor, om något.

Pelikaner och måsar flyga overhead fiske och delfiner kan ses i vattnet. Fisket kan göras från stranden med en giltig fiskelicens. Vågorna är vanligtvis mild. Detta område är en av fred, lugn och ro. Man kan gå till stranden, plocka upp skal, eller simma. Barnen kan springa och leka, bada och bygga sandslott.

Framsidan av vår Dunes Club enhet har en extra stor däck med trappor till marken och de två andra våningarna ovanför. Adirondack stolar har tillhandahållits och fungerar som ett utmärkt ställe att ringa långsamma telefonsamtal. Hiss och rullvagnar från marknivå parkering område gör att flytta in och ut enkelt och transportera livsmedel.

Enheten är rymliga, inredda i stranden inredning, och inkluderar alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter. Det stora sovrummet har en stor king size-säng som lätt kunde sova tre personer. Det har en intilliggande master badrum med badkar och dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en full-size säng och en intilliggande badrum som också är tillgänglig från den stora hallen. Det tredje sovrummet är liten, förtjusande och har en enkelsäng. Det stora sovrummet har en ny platt-TV på väggen. Den andra Befälhavaren har en TV och DVR. Det finns en stor tvättstuga som ger extra lagringsutrymme.

Great beach location

Beautiful beach front location! Spacious porch overlooking the pool and gulf. Enjoyed the bike path right outside the entrance and golfing close by.Many conveniences!

Enjoyed our stay at Serenity Beachfront Condo!

My family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful beachfront condo in Cape San Blas. The condo is tastefully decorated and well stocked. We encountered a couple of minor issues but the condo owner was very responsive. Thank you!

Loved it

Our whole family loved the condo at Cape San Blas. It was nice, clean, and had everything that we needed to make our vacation great and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in house at the condo and had everything that we needed. If we ever return to FL we definitely want to stay here again.

At least it was clean

Host communicated well, unit was clean, overall the unit was good. Keypad didn’t work and we had one single key left under the mat for everyone to use. That is less than ideal and not safe at all, for the guest and the host. She said the keypad battery dies fast, then change it out ! This was really a concern for us. Listing said there was a futon bed, and then it said there was a sofa bed, there was neither of those. She had said that there was nowhere for her to put that there was a queen size blowup mattress, so she just chose futon, but in the description she put that there was a sofa bed, she could’ve at least put in the description that there was a blowup mattress. Not really sure where you would place this mattress considering there’s really no room, you could place it in the living room floor, but there is zero room. I could only see this being a problem if you had someone who was unable to get up and down off of the floor. There’s no beach towels as stated so bring your own. We were there for 7 days and we were giving 1 towel, one washcloth per person for those seven days, they do provide laundry detergent so you can wash the towels,who wants to do laundry on vacation?Would be nice to have at least had 2 towels per person for the week. My biggest concern, was that the listing stated that there was a hot tub and there was no hot tub to be found, when I asked the host where the hot tub was, she to Get in the pool it’s hot. That was The only reason we booked here,

Vacation with Family

The yellow chairs on the front porch let you know you've arrived. Nice site to see. Nice location to the beach and nice boardwalk. Pool area clean and well maintained. Elevator door was stuck once but they had a property owner on site and they took care of it QUICKLY.

Lovely Condo

We were all very comfortable and very happy with the unit. The elevator was so very helpful. The view was beautiful and the porch a very nice place to sit even in the rain. Nancy, the host, was more than accommodating. She responded so quickly and was very helpful. The bed was very high and the toilets very low and difficult for someone with mobility issues is the only negative comment I could make. I wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at serenity condo. It was very clean and just perfect for the 4 of us. It was well stocked and a great time was had by all. We'll be back for sure.

Exactly What We Needed

My husband and I were looking for a few days of peace and quiet on a non-crowded beach in a well kept condo. Nancy's place was exactly what we hoped for. Her condo was clean, well stocked, quiet, and the beach was not crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend vacay

We had a wonderful time. We fit five adults and two children in here. Very spacious. Pool was great and beach was great. Very quiet and family friendly. Stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. Will stay here again

Cape San Blas

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity but there needs to be more towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is in need of new pans and utensils. There are a couple of boards off the patio that need to be checked, they were a little soft. We do like to cook while on vacation and it was difficult with some of the kitchen things. Thank you for letting us share in your beach house for a few days.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay very much and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the porch area and the fact that our unit opened right to the pool. The unit was clean and having a washer and dryer was a big help in keeping us clean. The only thing we were disappointed with was cars are allowed on the beach. Over all, we had a very nice vacation and Nancy was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

Loved every minute of our month-long stay

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed and more. Nancy was a great host. We loved the location on the beach. The condo complex and beach were clean, quiet and convenient to Port St. Joe. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Great condo! Great location!

My family and I totally enjoyed this pretty, awesomely located condo. The kids especially loved the location of the pool, which was basically outside of our door. Loved the big porch overlooking the pool. The beach is a bit of a walk but accessible by a nice boardwalk from the pool area. Truly a beautiful beach and a great vacation!
