Welcome to Topsail at Schooner Court. This adorable St Augustine Beach residential community is only a short 2 block walk from the sandy beaches and water. Recently refreshed with all new furniture and linens, it will feel like home the moment you walk in the door. This second-floor walkup condo features two bedrooms, two baths and laundry room. The primary bedroom boasts a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The Guest bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed with luxurious linens. The shared bathroom is spacious and also boasts a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer is in the unit. Community pool is a short walk from unit as is the beach. Whip up a feast in the kitchen that is well equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking and dining in or take a short stroll along A1A beach Blvd to visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy sunrise beach walks or coffee on the deck every morning. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, 2 TVs. Close to everything St Augustine Beach has to offer, call today and start making memories!

Newly furnished Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, beach buggy for the short walk to the beach. Dog friendly with $200 pet fee under 45lbs.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about 1/4 mile away!
