Look no further for your perfect escape to Hawaii! Nestled in the resort community of Turtle Bay, this newly updated 1 bedroom condo w/ a loft is outfitted with LUTRON Ketra lighting technology & LUTRON motorized shades and can easily sleep 4-5 guests the Kuilima Estates East. This upper level corner location provides wonderful ocean breezes and is very desirable for its proximity to parking and literally steps to the pool.

The master bedroom features a NEW (6/22) King size bed furnished with nightstands and dresser, a wall mounted smart HD TV, split a/c & a sliding glass door to enjoy the extra breezes and heavenly scented blossoms on the Plumeria tree. An upstairs loft-style bedroom w/ high quality full sized beds has split A/C and is fully equipped with its own bathroom. A roomy, screened-in lanai overlooks one of Kuilima Estates swimming pools with views of the lake, swaying ironwood trees and the azure Pacific beyond which is under a 10 minute walk from this condo. Fashionable granite counter tops highlight the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with all new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, plus all cooking and dining necessities. Eat inside at the kitchen island with barstool seating for 3 or while enjoying the breezes and view from the lanai which overlooks the golf course. Laundry amenities include brand new full washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. One assigned parking space is provided, as well as additional guest parking spaces. Tennis courts and swimming pools are within the condo complex; as well as a BBQ grill.

Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and and umbrella are provided for you to use at the many wonderful beaches along the "Seven Mile Wonder" on the North Shore. In the winter season waves get quite large and you can watch the locals and professionals alike use their skills at surfing breaks like Pipeline & Sunset.

Turtle Bay Resort offers a variety of restaurants, a full spa & gym; including exercise classes (please contact resort for fees), golf, horseback riding, helicopter tours, surf lessons, and canoe rides. Don't wait to book, dates are filling up quickly!

50th birthday party !

Great location we enjoyed the PCC, Dole and beach. Light’s and blinds in this house are so cool!Decoration’s are beautiful air conditioning was wonderful. We had a wonderful time.

Great stay on the North Shore

The place is a great location for the North Shore. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, with all the supplies you need for time on the beach. The place is a nice setup with all the items you could need for staying there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was amazing. The great location, ease of parking and getting to the beach and nearby Turtle Bay resort made it nice but the best part of this condo is that everything inside was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals. The beach chairs and towels were a nice plus as well as the air conditioning in each room. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our turtle bay stay

The condo was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning and washer/dryer. The extra sleeping loft upstairs was super cute and roomy. We loved this property because it was walking distance to the resort, where we enjoyed the beach, the restaurants, and a short drive to Haleiwa town. Loved having coffee on the lanai every morning, would stay here again!!

Awesome place

From before check in to our last minute there it was smooth and enjoyable. The place was more than expected and exceeded any expectations. The kitchen was amply stocked. The beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and umbrella were well used and enjoyed. The home was comfortable and well suited our needs. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Love the location!

Two bonuses to staying here are: The pool and the view out the Lanai. Some resort pools are not heated - this one is kept at a perfect temperature, with lots of room for swimming laps or just enjoying being in it. It’s super-convenient being right next door. I was able to get a couple amazing Early morning photos here too. The sunrises can be amazing from the path that runs Along the golf course just behind the condo. I observed a huge turtle while snorkeling Turtle Bay. On our last evening we purchased Thai food at the Elephant Shack food truck and watched the sunset and surfers until dark at Sunset Beach, just a few miles away. Laila is a great host and is very responsive to any concerns you may have.

All that was listed was accurate

Property had everything that listing stated it would. Kitchen was appropriately stocked with everything needed for meal prep. The beach chairs, snorkel gear were available for use as described. Would definitely recommend and rent unit again.

Beautiful Condo near Turtle Bay

This was a beautifully decorated and stocked condo walking distance to Turtle Bay. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Lots of beach necessities provided and the lanai was screened in which was great to sit outside and not worry about the bugs. Full sized washer and dryer were convenient. The kitchen was very well organized and stocked with good quality cookware and tools. Parking is right outside the unit with stair access.

Great stay

Very cute place! It was me and my husband and 2 twenty something kids, and there was plenty of space. It is about .5 mile walk along the street and some pathways of the neighboring Turtle Bay Resort (beautiful grounds) to get to the beach. That would be a long walk with beach gear, but plenty of beaches in both directions within a short drive. We really appreciated all the beach gear that was supplied- chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful condo with all the extras. Beach supplies, towels, well equipped. We sat in the screened in patio every morning with a view of the golf course. It’s quiet here and you get the true Hawaii experience. Turtle Bay is a short walk away where our kids snorkeled and took surfing lessons. We had dinner and drinks at the pool bar at Turtle Bay Resort. This condo was perfect for our family. Gated community, easy parking and entrance. We will be back.

Great Choice

This place had everything we needed for a family of 4 with 17 and 18 year old kids. Convenient to walk to the beach or drive anywhere on the North Shore or Windward side of Oahu. Host was responsive to any questions. I really appreciated the laundry after traveling for 10 days prior to our stay. The deck overlooks the pool which could be Convenient if you have kids old enough to swim alone but you still want to keep an eye on them. Highly recommend.

Great place with all you could need

This place has everything you could need. The kitchen has everything, and good quality stuff too. There are beach chairs and snorkel sets and boogie boards too! Our three adult children did fine in the loft with their own bathroom. Just know there is no dining room table for 5, but we made do, getting close around the lanai table. The electronic lights and shades are strange at first but they all work well. Turtle Bay resort has lovely sunsets and we saw a turtle at the beach, just as its name says. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful getaway right at Turtle Bay Resort

This condo was a wonderful, beautiful, clean, comfortable and affordable stay! My family and I absolutely enjoyed this wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated with a turtle bay surf theme and very very clean and comfortable. The TV sets worked great and a washer and dryer was available along with detergent for the washer. There was also free parking available right in front of our building. There is a pool available with a pass key and the pool is so warm and clean. This place is better than it looks on the site and so convenient to surfing and anything you wanna do on the North Shore! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would stay here anytime.

North Shore Paradise

If you plan to visit Hawaii you don't need to go any further than the north shore of Oahu and Turtle Bay. This condo is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer. There are all of the amenities you need included here with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach toys galore, spacious living area and bedrooms. Don't look further for an ideal vacation "base camp". Just down the road are several beautiful beaches within the Turtle Bay complex. Also there are world-class restaurants including Roy's Beach House. Be sure to visit the Foodland at Waimea for a unique experience...their Poke and sushi bar is exceptional. There is no more beautiful place to hang out than at the Sunsets Pool Bar at Turtle Bay, enjoying the best Mai Tai in Hawaii while watching the surfers and waves roll by. The check-in at the unit couldn't have been smoother and the property manager Laila was extremely helpful. We can't wait for our next visit. Aloha, until next time!

Great Spot for a Girls' Getaway!

We used this spot as our home base for a girls' trip to Hawaii. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus. We loved having coffee on the lanai in the mornings, walking to Turtle Beach, and the quick access to lots of great food. We also appreciated the lounge chairs, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. Made it easy to plan time at the beach! We found the check-in a little stressful as we weren't able to connect with our host to buzz us in the first time we arrived. Make sure to have a solid plan--our plan changed due to traffic/needing to stop at the store on the way, and we ended up having to park in a nearby lot and walk to the property to grab the entry gate fob. It wasn't a big deal, although there was cars behind us as we tried to get buzzed in and it created a little chaos because we had to back out, meaning the cars behind us also had to back up. Again, no big deal, just FYI as we found it very stressful. This happened during our stay to two other groups (where we were the car behind them who had to back out into the road), so it seems like a common issue at this location. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Has so much potential to be a 5 star rating.

This home had so many great qualities and amenities. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. It fell short in a few areas. Unfortunately, communication with the owner was very inconsistent. I reached out multiple times before hand to confirm my reservation and ask a few questions and finally got a response after multiple weeks. When I got the check in instructions only a few hours before we were arriving, I was very taken back about the comment of them not supplying enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent for the length of our stay. I have never rented any property that would expect us to purchase all of those on our own after only supplying us with a few days worth. To me, these are basic supplies I would expect to have included, especially for the we paid. To my surprise, there were more than the “2 rolls” of toilet paper available, but I don't know if we just got lucky that the tenants before us left extra. It is just a simply gesture of accommodating your guest that you should provide. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any laundry detergent even though they said they would leave “supplies for 2 loads”. We had already been on the island for a few days and needed to do some laundry. When I reached out to see if it was in a spot that I didn’t see, the owner was surprised there wasn't some and said she would have someone bring some the next morning for me. Unfortunately, no one came and I didn't hear back from her during our entire 7 day stay.

Be wary of leaving even a spec of sand in this rental

The owners accused us of things we did not do, such as taking a towel (we flew out that day and let me tell ya there's absolutely no way an extra towel would have fit in our luggage). She accused us of burning a plate somehow and for breaking a shelf in their fridge which neither are true. Based on the instructions in the owner's house, it's clear they have unrealistic expectations of renters, like their sand in condo policy. Meanwhile, there were things that did not work in the home, such as the upstairs fan, which luckily we weren't accused of breaking lol. I've rented many places and have NEVER been accused of any of these types of things before.
