Apartment includes entire basement area, no shared living spaces with the rest of the home. This is a downstairs apartment loaded with all of the comforts and amenities you'll need. There is one staircase leading to the apartment from the garage, and locked inside access to stairs leading to the upstairs (if apartment and entire home are rented by the same group.) In the garage, the third bay of the garage is dedicated to the basement apartment's use, as well as space in the driveway. A wireless remote control for the garage door is provided during the guest's stay. Digital locks control access to the apartment and the garage for secure, customized codes.
