Detta är en mycket stor lägenhet med två sovrum i vackra Sandy, Utah. Fastigheten ligger nära till allt! Rätt utanför stigen på en lugn privat körfält. Nära till en livsmedelsbutik, många restauranger och affärer. Du kommer att vara 13 miles från Snowbird Ski Resort och 21 miles från Solitude Ski Resort med skiduthyrning butiker rätt väg.

Det finns miles av vandringsleder i Dimple Dell Regional Park som kan nås från fastigheten till fots. Också mycket nära till mountainbike och vandringsleder vid foten av bergen. Mindre än en mil bort är en 24-timmars gym och Dimple Dell Recreation Center med inomhuspool, vattenrutschbanor och klättervägg.

Fastigheten har egen ingång och är en privat separat källare lägenhet. Hemmet som ligger på en ett tunnland skifte på en lugn privat körfält. Den stora boytan har 9 meters takhöjd och har en bekväm, rymlig, privat uteplats med badtunna, utomhus bord och grill. Insidan av lägenheten har en full storlek biljardbord och vackra helt nytt kök med kvarts bänkskivor. Den rymliga utrymmet har en stor ö och en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en stor säng och walk in closet i ett rum och drottning säng i det andra sovrummet. Ytterligare gäster kan sova i det stora rummet med hjälp av högkvalitativ gömma en soffa (full storlek madrass) och tvillingstorlek gömma en säng i den ottomanska. Det finns en full storlek badrum med badkar och dusch.

Great location to Ski abs plenty of food options

2nd time here hosts do a great job. Everything we needed and a nice hot tub after a full ski day. Snowbird, Alta are 10 min and Brighton and Solitude 30-40 min. Easy trip home.

Great ski location

Great place. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. Good location for skiing in the Cottonwood Canyons.

Great Place

This is a great place with a good location outside of the city. Good for a family (tv, pool table, hot tub, kitchen, washer/dryer), and extremely well stocked with everything a family needs.

Perfect Base Camp

2 friends and I came to SLC to ski the local mountains. The location was perfect to quickly get to the resorts and then come back and relax in the hot tub before going out again the next day. The property was also very comfortable and spacious.

Would recommend, but things you should know.

Great location for our Snowbird ski week. Five minute drive to Ski Bus. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, pool table and hot tub were very nice perks. I would recommend this rental to others with a few facts added to the property description. This is a basement apartment with the family living upstairs. You will hear them if they are home. Didn't bother us, but something a renter should know. Also, the stairs down to the apartment are narrow and uneven. Anyone with physical limitations may have trouble. Again, didn't bother us one bit, but something you should be aware of ahead of time. I would rent this place again.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay and ski all of the Ikon pass stops near Sandy, Utah! The owners were very responsive to questions. The property was like having our own hotel suite and they even allowed us to use the fire pit in the back yard. Your own private hot tub for after skiing. It doesn’t get better than this!

Overall the property was great. Very comfortable and spacious. Suggestion for a 2nd lamp on the night stand in the bedroom. Jacuzzi was clean and hot, perfect for a relaxing soak. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back. Thank you

Perfect Location for Skiing

We came for spring break so the boys could snowboard/ski. The location of the property was fantastic. It was an easy drive to the base of the canyons (probably around 10 minutes) and the resorts at top around 25+ min - depending resort and traffic. The See & Ski shop for rentals is only a mile and half away from the house, grocery store about a half mile, and there are plenty of restaurants near by. Pool table was great. Hot tub was clean and hot! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Great experience.

Very satisfied with Accommodations and Location

We skied at Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Drove most of the days as the roads were clear and no snow. Did take the UTA bus on the last day where it was snowing. Yelp helped us find some great restaurants real close, everything was within 10 min drive for good food, shopping grocery, takeout etc. Host was very responsive. Bedrooms with large closets, if you were going to sleep more than 4, then only downside might be the one bathroom. Other than that place is huge and very comfy.

Great place to stay!

We really loved staying at this beautiful property! Everything was really nice inside, the location was convenient for skiing and going out afterwards, and the view from the backyard was great. We had a ton of fun with the pool table and hot tub. As a basement rental, you do occasionally hear the owner's family upstairs, but not a big deal. Walking down the stairs in the backyard to enter the rental would be tricky for those with mobility issues, as you do have to hike down uneven rock steps (though it was fine for us). The owner was also super nice and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

This is the Place to Stay!

We stayed a month (mid Feb to mid March) at this awesome apartment to ski the Cottonwood Canyons. This place is as pictured and more... very clean and SPACIOUS! Everything you need is provided including a washer and dryer. And, if you do run into something you need, Summer, our host, will see to it that you have it. (Thanks, Summer!) Speaking of Summer (and Russ)... incredibly kind and funny people. We so enjoyed talking with them and getting to know their Fam. The apartment is a convenient drive, or bus ride, to the ski slopes and well as many other activities, food and nightlife. And, the hot tub after a day of skiing... do I have to say it... INCREDIBLE! You can even see the mountaintops! We definitely recommend staying here for a few days or a month for your Utah adventures!
