This one bedroom condo was recently remodeled from the studs in. It is updated with new furniture and ready for your next beach vacation. Located in Vanderbilt Towers 3, it is a short walk to Bluebill beach. The building has a private pool this unit has access to. No need to over pack, this unit has it all beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen etc. The oversized relaxing lanai has beautiful views of the marina. Need a night out? Local restaurants and shopping are all within a ten minute drive. Offered, complete, clean, and tidy each and every time.

30 day advance booking required. $150 HOA application cost added to booking. It shows as "Property Fee." Applicant must be approved by HOA, sign HOA application/paperwork, and sign a short term lease agreement.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a successful beach getaway! Matt was very helpful, and responded quickly to all inquiries. Can’t beat this listing for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

A Wee Gem

My husband and I had a very pleasant relaxed time at the property. The view was great. Pool area was so near and very quiet. Beach took me 5 minutes to walk too. Vanderbilt on the left hand side and Delnor-Wiggins State Park on the right. 5 minutes in car to many restaurants and shops.

Very nice condo

The condo was well equipped with everything you needed. Short walk to beach. Owner Matthew was very efficient and answered all questions quickly. Condo was very clean and newly renovated. I give it a 5 star

Exceptional Condo close to the beach!

We loved our stay at this Condo. Everything as described! Clean, secure, walking distance to the beach. Great screened in lanai space you can still enjoy being out when the sun goes down. We enjoyed walking to the waterway and were visited by the dolphins almost daily. We also saw some manatees and a sea turtle. Well stocked kitchen for any cooking you may want to do. Matt was very gracious when we were inquiring about an item, and he was quick to provide the item for us. Thank you Matt! Loved the beach cart, cooler and chairs that are available for use. We look forward to a return trip!

Vacances parfaites…

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans ce joli Condo décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Plage à proximité. Bon sentiment de sécurité. Les ouragans se suivent et malheureusement se ressemblent. Résultat : toujours des travaux en cours que cela soit dans le bâtiment ou sur la plage… cette foi-ci le parking de la plage était fermé car envahi de sable…

Condo de rêve !

En cherchant un lieu où séjourner pour trois semaines, j’ai été conquise par ce lieu. La décoration est de bon goût, tout y est neuf, clair et plaisant. La plage est à 5 minutes. Une plage immense et propre. Les magasins pour faire les provisions sont à un jet de voiture ainsi qu’une multitude de restaurants. Le Condo possède une petite piscine chauffée et bien orientée si il y a trop de vent à la plage. Le propriétaire avait préparé mon arrivée avec une multitude de renseignements. Quand j’ai eu un problème avec le store, il est venu le régler tout de suite. Seul bémol: le bruit des travaux au rez de chaussée vraiment assommant . J’imagine qu’il s’agit de réparations dûs à l’ouragan Ian de 2022… Tout devrait rentrer dans l’ordre pour 2024. À recommander!!!

Tolle Wohnung, super sauber, sicher, perfekt ausgestattet, auch die Küche, schöner und sauberer Poolbereich, nur 200 m zum Strand. Alles für den Strand vorhanden, Bollerwagen, Sonnenschirm, kleine Strandstühle, Strandtücher, Kühlbox. Netter E-Mail-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter - great apartment, super clean, safe, perfectly fitted, also the kitchen, nice and clean poolarea, only 650 feet to the beach. Everything there for the beach, handcart, parasol, beachchairs, beachtowels, cooling box. Nice e-mail-contact with the landlord

This unit is in a prime location. Bluebill Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park are a walk away. The neighborhood is gated and has beautiful huge grass lawns on every side. Walking paths are plentiful and the nearby bridge makes for a perfect run. A short 10 minute drive from Mercado, you’ll be able to find just about anything you need. Mercado offers a variety of stores but features Whole Foods, Chipotle, lot of dining options, a movie theatre and much much more. This unit has gated parking and key access only to building. It is a second floor condo with access via elevator.
