This 2-bedroom 2bath condo provides spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico that you can enjoy from your private balcony or with your toes in the sand from beach, which is only steps away. This spacious 1126 sq ft unit sleeps 6 which includes 1 king size bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen appliances and accessories, washer/dryer, flat screen TV's in each room. You will revel in all the comforts of home. Enjoy the new tile, new furniture, and upgraded electronics, freshly painted, new ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area. We provide 2 free parking spots. No car? No Problem. Emerald Towers is a short distance from The Harbor Walk, grocery/convenient stores, waterparks, mini golf and some of the best restaurants in Destin. We have maintained a 5 Star Rating for many years with our previous Management Company.

Property is nice and parking was plentiful. Several carts for luggage with quick elevators. The unit was recently updated with quality furnishings. It was very clean with plenty of kitchen appliances. No negative feedback, would stay here again.

Very nice condo. The guest bathroom had not been cleaned. There was pubic hair in the bath tub and had not been cleaned at all, along with the toilet and sink. Condo was very well maintained. Also trying to get the tv’s to work with the remotes were a nightmare. Perfect location

We would stay in this condo again - probably the cleanest and nicest condo we’ve staid at in Destin and we’ve been coming for 10 years. Beautiful calming decor with very comfortable beds. The extra towels were appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor patio furniture was comfortable. This is our 2nd year at Emerald Towers and I would say all the guests have been friendly; our kids always make friends at the pool. We enjoy being in a smaller condo building with less crowds on the beach and at the pool. We appreciate the effort put into this place to make it a very enjoyable stay.

Dream Vacation

This was my second time staying at this property. It was just as awesome as the first time. There were several upgrades, including new ceiling fans. You cannot beat the beach view, the cleanliness, or the location! My family had an amazing time and we will definitely stay here when we return to Destin!

Great Condo!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfy beds, management of the property was very responsive. The view from the balcony is amazing! Literally just steps from the beach. The location of the condo is fantastic! Less than a mile each direction from everything you want to do or need. Love the gated parking lot since it was just me and my daughter. Highly recommend the chair rental. I will definitely stay here again when we go back to Destin.

Great space and comfy beds

We enjoyed our beach vacation; very relaxing for two couples. The condo was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was great, and the beach was excellent. The beds were firm and very comfortable. All-in-all, a five-star rental. The nearest restaurants and stores are about a mile away, walkable by walking along very busy Hwy 98. Eat dinner at Boshamps -- we highly recommend it.

Great spot in the heart of Destin

Wonderful place with a beautiful view. Very clean. Only critique would be that there needed to be more replacement TP, paper towels, and trash bags available. But that is a small issue vs the awesome condo and location. Definitely would come back.

The property was beautifully decorated. The recliner was a hit. The kitchen was equipped with everything and very efficient. The deck furniture was outstanding leaving plenty of room.

We started visiting Destin for spring break trips with our family and fell in love with the area! We bought this condo 15 years ago and continued to vacation in Destin at our condo and also decided to share it. We had a management company taking care of everything because we were from Wisconsin. We have since moved to the Destin area and decided to rent through VRBO since we can check on our condo and make sure everything is perfect for our guests. We have always carried a 5 Star Rating and although we have no reviews through VRBO yet, we are confident we will maintain the 5 Star Rating. We hope that you will enjoy Destin as much as we do!
