Om boendet

Vacker Sterling Sands enhet 713 som är direkt viken framför. Två sängar, två badrum med 6 sovplatser och master på viken. Denna enhet har också en täckt, tilldelad parkeringsplats 50 'från hissarna! Ingen varm bil eller kämpar för en bra plats på parkeringsplatsen med denna enhet. Vi har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i enheten. Inga mynt behövs !!

Nyligen ombyggd och redo för en fantastisk familjesemester. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och golv till tak glasdörrar som öppnar mot den stora balkongen med direkt utsikt över bukten !! Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och våningssängar. Familjevänligt komplex i hjärtat av Destin, tvärs över gatan från banan och Big Kahuna's och gångavstånd till flera restauranger, inklusive den ursprungliga Back Porch!

Sterling Sands har alla favoritfaciliteter inklusive enorm pool, badtunna, gasgrillar, gym och naturligtvis de vackra stränderna i Destin!

Perfect!

Perfect location and everything was exactly as advertised! Owner was very easy to work with and check in/out was the easiest we have ever had. We'll definitely book this condo the next time we need one.

Great condo in a great location

Had a wonderful week in Destin and this was a great location for exploring the area. If you plan to cook meals there are not a lot of cooking supplies but enough to get by.

Sister's Destin weekend

Really enjoyed the condo, exactly what was listed online. Beautiful view, loved the very large balcony - the condo was great. The HOA is not. (which is separate from the property owner - who was great and very responsive). You have to pay $15 per person just to access the beach/pool, then they push their umbrellas/chairs on you for an addl $45/day. If you don't rent their chairs/umbrellas, you have to sit in your own chair at the back of the beach and not near the water. As a native Floridian, I was not happy about that at all. Properties that we walked to further down the beach do not have these ridiculous HOA rules. Then the office just used the door code and walked in on us during the weekend, - not fully dressed and wasn't leaving until the next day! There are postings that say they do not have the door codes - BUT THEY DO! We hadn't been to Destin since we were teenagers, so it was nice to visit, beaches are beautiful - but I think we'll stay here at the US ranked #1 Best Beach and that's Clearwater - where there are less rules and just can just enjoy the beach in your own chair.

Family get away.

This is a great family friendly location; it is just a walk down the beach from our favorite restaurant and it is also close to shopping. The beach is beautiful and there was a crowd, but not too crowded. It is also a bit away from the heavy traffic of the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

Great Family Getaway

Our family loves Destin and this unit was one of the best places we've stayed. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. Great location, steps away from the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and fun activities. While close to everything, it still felt private and secure. Parking was easy in the covered garage with a reserved space. Plenty of space in the unit for two adults and two teenagers. Views from the balcony were amazing. The host was very nice and even called us the night before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. When we asked to stay an extra night, the host quickly responded to let us know we could. We will definitely be back!

Great views !! The place was a little dirty from the pictures on line

The place was not up to date and the cushions on the patio had mold on the side of them. Been there for a while. Trim in bathrooms was pretty nasty . The views was great !!! Great area to stay . Tim was fast in response.. we thought is was pretty high for what the pictures show on line .

Couldn't have been better

Honestly cannot think of anything that would have made this better. The condo was amazing. The view was perfect. The beach service was fantastic. The location was right in the middle of everything. And check in/out was super simple. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot from private owner right on the beach!

The owner we rented from was friendly, proactive, and made every step easy. We had family who stayed in the same complex, even on the same floor and their unit was far from amazing. It was managed by a property management company. For our unit everything looked nice and functioned well. The only 2 drawbacks were that the grills either didn't work or didn't have necessities to use them available AND that you have to rent their umbrellas instead of using your own. All in all, this particular unit was amazing!!!

Great View & Stay

We enjoyed a lot of balcony time, early mornings and late evenings. The mirrors in the kitchen and dinning room took some getting used to. I always felt like someone was sitting or standing next to me. HaHa! Beautiful place, beautiful view. Tim was great to work with. We had a couple of small issues and he addressed it immediately. Thank you Tim! I would definitely stay again!

Centrally located in the heart of Destin Sterling Sands is a smaller, family orientated complex walking distance to all the favorite family restaurants and attractions. Our unit also has a covered, assigned parking spot just feet from the elevator. 24hr security with private, gated beach access.
