Home is beautiful, good location. Vacasa was very easy to work with. They respond pretty quickly. Would stay here again.

Great cabin

We all loved this cabin! There was enough room for all 8 people we had. Kids loved the pool. It was clean and well kept. Issue with figuring out the lock and the management team was answering within minutes!

Soak it up!

This place is a must stay for you and your family/friends when visiting Sevierville. It literally had everything we needed and the kids had such a blast. From the clean house/bathrooms, to the crystal clean pool and hot tub, to the perfectly set up game room - there was something for everyone! We will definitely stay here again when back in town!

Great rental!

Loved this great little gem! The house was spotless and in a good location. Very peaceful! The only complaint would be that the home was advertised as having a heated, indoor pool. The pool was indoors but was not heated. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Quiet hidden gem

Clean and pretty. Great communication from vacasa. Only thing it was missing was a mountain view, but nice trade off from busy road/ commotion.

I would stay here again

Vacasa was great with communication. Any question I had, they were very responsive and accommodating. The layout of this house suited our family perfect. It's clean, mostly private and quiet at night. If you are looking for a mountain view, there are other locations more suitable as that was the only thing missing.

Bathroom doors hinge was broken, couldn't completely shut. Cooking pans were dirty with dried on food, and main TV in the living room had bad picture quality. Vertices lines and picture was mostly purple

Great Place to Stay

We will definitely book here next year! Having a pool in the basement was so convenient, we didn't have to worry about being crowded and our kids could swim however long they wanted. Also plenty of beds and bathrooms. Absolutely recommend the Soaky Bear.

A Disaster

Vacasa is likely the most terrible company we have ever used for booking. We had to leave early from our beach vacation in South Carolina due to an impending hurricane and was hoping to continue our vacation with this cabin and the pool. After arriving, we quickly noticed the pool room was not able to be opened. We reached out to the company to request assistance or a refund, as this was the single reason for booking the cabin. We were told it was after hours and nothing could be done until the next day. After continuous calling, they finally sent a technician to address the issue. The technician had to bust the door frame to make entry and cited an eroded lock. We then questioned how long it had been since the pool was cleaned since the lock did not work at all. Once we went into the pool room, we realized our concerns were valid as the pool had not been maintained and was slimy, typically due to bacteria growth, and was not filtering properly due to low water which was causing air to get in the filtration. It was utterly disgusting. We then reached back out to the company for a full refund as we were ready to check out after the disastrous time and was told they could only offer a 25% off. The company does not stand by their products and obviously does not care about the safety of their guests. We rent cabins through other booking sites many times each year and have never had the issues we had. Overall, the cabin itself was clean, but the amenities are not as described and you certainly will not be able to use the pool until all the above issues are addressed. I would advise anyone to avoid booking through Vacasa and find an alternative.

Nice home - not fully clean

Loved the home but they are offering the late checkout and that must of not gave the cleaning service time to get the house fully clean as they were still there when we arrived to check in at 4pm. We had to wait for them to finish. And the cleaning was very rushed and not fully clean.

Fantastic Stay

This property was absolutely amazing! Very clean!! My boys loved the pool!! It was located right in the center of all the attractions. We will definitely be back!!

Overall good...but very lacking in communication

The property was very clean except the trash bin hadnt been emptied so we had nowhere to leave the trash locked up. There was a nail sticking out of one of the steps that I had to put tissue around so the kids wouldnt step on it anymore. 2 kids did. House rules are different on Vacasa and Vrbo and what we seen throughout the house so alot of things were unclear. I was Never able to contact anyone over these small but easy to fix issues. The place was Spotless and over all it was a GREAT stay...I just think the host and sites need better communication.

Best cabin in the Smokey’s!

This cabin has everything a family with kids would want and need! Pool, hot tub, game room, deck, grill and the amazing fireplace! The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very nice! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if we make it back to the area!

Brand New Cabin with lots of extras

This was a perfect location for an event at the convention center. Brand new cabin, great layout, indoor pool and games for the kids were perfect to keep them entertained during down times. This is one of the nicest cabins we have rented so far. Only downside was the neighborhood was kind of run down, it was hard to get out of the main street onto the highway due to constant traffic and there were no mountain views. All in all this was a super nice cabin.

Brand new Cabin the best place to stay.

We loved the swimming pool and how new everything was also the game room and the whole house is perfect. We would recommend this beautiful cabin to everyone can’t wait to go back. The location is the best also right beside the all the water parks and easy access in and out on a flat lot.
