Nice, clean cabin. We loved the indoor pool. We did wish it had an outdoor grill to cook on, but now I know to look for that listed going forwards.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront house! The views were stunning, and the lake itself was gorgeous - perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing afternoon. The house had plenty of games and amenities to keep our family of four entertained, and there were plenty of activities nearby to explore.That being said, there were a few issues that prevented it from being a perfect stay. Some maintenance issues included a hole in the bathroom door in the loft area and the master bathroom, high humidity in the pool room (which improved midway through our stay but still felt warm and stuffy), and a little mouse visitor that prompted a pest control visit (though we didn't get to confirm). We also experienced some issues with the air conditioner on the main floor initially, and the dishwasher wasn't properly stabilized in its cabinet. Some door knobs were loose, the bathtub drain in the loft area didn't suction well, and the dryer required double cycles to dry clothes thoroughly.Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others. If you're looking for a beautiful lakefront getaway with plenty to do, this house is a great choice. Just be aware of the potential maintenance issues (which are possible with any rental)

Stunning views tons of room and very private!

We absolutely loved this rental the amenities were top knotch my kids loved the private pool and game room. Tv's were in almost every room and were very nice and easy to use. Everyone was able to have their own little space didn't feel cramped and on top of each other. The company is very responsive and will return calls or texts almost immediately overall wonderful experience can't wait to stay again.

A little problem

View was beautiful. Cabin was clean and nice. It need window treatments on the front side of the cabin got warm in the afternoon. In our last day the ceiling fell in the pool room, luckily no one was in there. We made a damage report. Hopefully it will be taken care of.

Family vacation

Beautiful property! Had something for everyone. The beach is close by, beautiful views, pool and hot tub on property. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There were some minor inconveniences with the internet at our cabin not working and we were without the first night, but they did provide us with wifi from a neighboring property early the next morning. Our kids loved the game room and all the board games. Wish there were more for our younger children in regards to games, but they still had a great time trying to play the older games. Easy to communicate with property management, they answered all questions quickly and resolved and potential issues we might’ve had. Would definitely stay again.

Book it!

Beautiful home in a great location. Our family of 8 had a great stay at the Eagles Nest. The home is perfectly stocked, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, and board games. FYI to future guests, gps on apple takes you directly to the home…google maps takes you elsewhere. Communication with vacasa/owners couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be back.

Hard to find but Wonderful once we did!

Foe some reason the map linked in the app kept opening in Google maps at the wrong destination but the address was so similar that i didn't question it until i was at the top of a mountain without a cabin. The customer service agent i was messaging must have had the same problem because they gave me the same directions as google. Finally they had to send me coordinates to get there. Once we found the place we had just the BEST time! We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub and loved the views and quiet :)

Come to Eagle's Nest at Lake Haven Sevierville, TN

If you haven't been here, you must check it and come in to enjoy it. Absolutely designed beautiful and has a fancy simple touch to everything inside that makes you feel cozy and at home. Kid's enjoy games room,pool, and Wi-Fi was exellent. The communication was super GREAT, through call and text whenever needed. We had fun & I promise you will too. Highly recommend!!.

Relaxing family vacation!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Ripken experience. The home was located out of town but not to far out of town. We had plans to do a lot of stuff but ended up spending the majority of our trip at the cabin. Everything was beautiful we enjoyed just relaxing as a family. We had 4 adults and an 11 year old and the cabin had plenty of space. Would absolutely recommend this cabin and visit again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Cabin, we were a bit hesitant at first because of the other reviews. After getting there and checking out the property, we had no issues at all. Pool was clean and worked, hot tub was working. We will definitely be staying again.

Lots to do

Was a great place. I normally go by the reviews but glad I didn’t on this place. As we loved it. There were a few minor things like the board over the pool was hanging and needed put back in place but that didn’t hurt or hinder our stay one bit! We absolutely love it.

Terrible

Exposed nails on steps. Air conditioning not working properly. No privacy due to no blinds or curtains. Mice dropping in kitchen and basement. Pool had toxic levels of chemicals and was told not to use the pool. There was a possibility of getting a rash similar to poison ivy if we used the pool. No parking spaces. No place to turn around your car. Active construction near the rental.

Disaster

The home had apparently not been occupied recently and was dirty. Bugs in the sink, toilets dirty, dead birds on decks, nails in the driveway, sand in the hot tub, bugs in the pool. An alarm downstairs in the "Utility Room" beeped continually for 4 days! The pool was not heated as stated. The hot tub had so much chlorine used in it the smooth lining was completely gone. This caused terrible 😞 irritation. The AC stopped working day 2 and after 4 days all Vacasa could say was sorry. Nobody ever showed up! Nothing was offered to us or showed up for us. Just I'm sorry. I told them not to worry about the cleaning but as the issues continued NOBODY showed! What a waste of a lot of money!
