We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Sleeping arrangements
With a total of 8 bedrooms and 9 beds, these neighboring homes are designed for groups to spread out. Each home includes four bedrooms, anchored by a king-bed master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms in both houses connect through a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. On the lower level, the basements feature queen sleeper sofas with Smart TVs, creating flexible sleeping and lounging spaces ideal for older kids or night owls. Black-out shades, extra pillows, blankets, and Pack ’n Plays are provided for added comfort.

Indoor comforts
Step inside to over 2,300 square feet in each home, where soaring ceilings and open-concept layouts welcome you with light and space. The main living areas feature fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, central islands, and large dining tables perfect for shared meals. In the adjoining living rooms, plush furnishings invite you to curl up in front of 65" Smart TVs for movie nights. Downstairs, finished basements transform into game rooms with additional seating, wall-mounted TVs, and board games, doubling as quiet hideaways when privacy is needed.

Outdoor living
Both homes open to fenced backyards with space to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Patio seating invites you to sip a drink while dinner sizzles on the seasonal BBQ. Hammocks sway gently, perfect for an afternoon nap or reading, while lawn games like corn hole and ladder toss add a playful touch. A connecting gate between the yards allows groups to move freely or close it off for privacy as needed. Patio furniture is available spring through fall, with storage during winter months.

Nestled in the Regis neighborhood, you’re minutes from the shops and restaurants along Tennyson Street and a short drive from downtown Denver. Easy highway access makes it simple to plan day trips to Golden or Rocky Mountain National Park, with the comfort of returning to a peaceful setting at the end of the day.

It's important to note that there is no direct access between the units from the interior. Each of these homes features its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.
