We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

These lower levels also double as quiet retreats - ideal for guests who want extra privacy or a quiet night in.
Sleeping Arrangements
With a total of 8 bedrooms and 10 beds, the homes easily accommodate large groups. Each home has four bedrooms, including a king-bed master suite with a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms in both homes share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while the basement-level bedrooms feature queen sleeper sofas and Smart TVs - perfect for older kids or night owls.
Thoughtful touches like black-out shades, extra pillows and blankets, and Pack ’n Plays make it easy for guests of all ages to rest comfortably.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to discover two separate, fenced-in backyards that offer plenty of space to relax and play. Sip a drink on the patio sectional while something sizzles on the electric grill, or sway in the hammock with a good book. Lawn games like corn hole and ladder toss bring a sense of casual fun to the space. A connecting gate allows access between yards, making it easy for everyone to move freely while maintaining privacy when needed. Patio furniture is available spring through fall; in winter months, it is safely stored away.
