We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Each home offers a king-bed master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, along with additional bedrooms featuring shared Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. The basement-level bedrooms include queen sleeper sofas and Smart TVs, offering privacy and relaxation. Thoughtful touches like extra pillows, blankets, blackout shades, and Pack ’n Plays ensure everyone sleeps soundly.

Indoor living
Each home spans over 2,300 square feet of open-plan living with high ceilings and natural light. The main level features inviting living areas with plush seating and 65" Smart TVs, perfect for cozy movie nights or game sessions. Downstairs, finished basements double as entertainment spaces with board games and additional seating. Central air conditioning, heating, and portable fans keep every season comfortable.

Kitchen & dining
Cook and share meals with ease in two fully equipped kitchens stocked with cooking basics. Each includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and dining table. With everything from wine glasses to a hot water kettle, it’s simple to gather for brunch or unwind over dinner.

Outdoor living
Step into fenced backyards designed for downtime and connection. Relax in the hammock, enjoy a meal at the patio table, or fire up the BBQ grill for an evening feast. The connecting gate lets your group flow between spaces while maintaining privacy. Patio furniture is seasonal, available spring through fall.

It's important to note that there is no direct access between the units from the interior. Each of these homes features its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

A permit is required for street parking and may result in a ticket.
