The Living Area

The living area is perfect for big groups as everyone can take advantage of different amenities all while being close to each other. The living room comes equipped with a 55-inch flat screen TV, two futons, and the 420 toke station! KushKations provides guests with smoking accessories including a rolling tray, bong, rig, grinder, and more. The area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events & more!


The Kitchen/Dining Area

KushKations Playhouse has an open kitchen layout that allows you to entertain your guests while serving great food and drinks. The dining area is perfect for family-style gatherings with a large 8-seater wood table. Your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware, dinnerware, a blender, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation stay. This property also offers a second kitchen on the lower floor that has an espresso and froth machine, a beverage cooler, a popcorn machine, and a bar.


The Bedrooms

KushKations Playhouse features 7 bedrooms with 13 total beds and 3 futons. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, 2 bedrooms have queen beds (one with a futon in addition to the queen bed), and one room has 2 twins and a futon. There is also a bunk-bed room that features 6 full-sized beds. The 1st floor has one bedroom featuring a king-size mattress, 32-inch roku TV, a desk, and a door to the outside patio.

Upper Level

The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bunk-bed room has 6 full-sized beds, a desk and 32-inch roku TV. A queen bedroom with a 32-inch roku TV. Lastly, the king master bedroom offers a private full bath with a stand-in shower, a 32-inch roku TV, and a desk.

Lower Level

The bottom floor features 1 king bedroom with a desk and 32-inch roku TV. A queen bedroom with a futon and 32-inch roku TV. The final bedroom on the lower level has 2 twin beds, a futon, a desk and 32-inch roku TV. Each bedroom is equipped with hangers and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and you will feel right at home in your own furnished bedroom.


The Bathrooms

KushKations Playhouse has 4 stylish bathrooms. The upper level has 2 full bathrooms, including the ensuite in the king master. There is a half bath with a washer and dryer on the main level behind the poker table. The lower level has a full bath with a stone stand-in shower. Guests can find hair dryers, lush towels, & shower accessories like shower gel shampoo and conditioner located in each bathroom.


The Game Room

The first thing you'll see walking into KushKations Playhouse is the PS5 gamer area! Where you can play on the 50-inch roku TV while sitting in comfy gaming chairs. The PS5 has over 100 games on it. As you walk further into the home you'll come across the larger game room. Which features a pool table. There are 3 retro arcade games Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, and Pac-Man. The game room also includes a poker table, a selfie wall, and a 75-inch roku TV!


The Theater Room

On the lower level, you will find the theater room! There are 8 comfy, theater chairs for you and your family to enjoy. Your group can stream by logging in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home. KushKations Playhouse provides a mini popcorn maker so you can enjoy popcorn while watching your favorite movie! There is a beverage cooler, sauna, bar, and much more so you can have an unforgettable movie night with your friends. These rooms are designed to entertain large groups & perfect for your stay.


The Sauna

KushKations Playhouse features a brand-new Canadian hemlock wood sauna with led color-changing lights and a music system. The 5-seater sauna warms to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Perfect for recovering from long hikes or a night out!


The Backyard

KushKations Playhouse features a private enclosed backyard with an 8-seater Hot tub, propane gas grill, 2 egg chairs, and a fire pit. Guests need to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. The private yard is huge and perfect for yard games and friendly competitions for an outdoor game night. Utilize the all-season hot tub & backyard to unwind under the stars & truly hit the reset button. Or play a game of frisbee golf in the spacious yard!


This property is also within walking distance of the Apex Park and Recreation District and Arvada Skate Park where you can take advantage of the incredible recreation facilities or athletic fields in Apex Center. The Apex Center is an indoor water fun park that has body and tube slide rides, a zero-depth water playground, a vortex pool, an activity pool, a lap pool, adult and family hot tubs, 2 NHL ice rinks Natural rock climbing wall 3 full-sized gymnasiums Cardiovascular/weight/conditioning area.
