Efter att ha kommit in i vår vackert inredda lägenhet från en privat hiss, är vårt hopp att du känner dig som hemma. Hela enheten uppdaterades nyligen av en välkänd inredningsarkitekt; dess lyx på stranden på sitt bästa.

402W är en rymlig enhet med 4 sovrum och 4. 5 badrum som sover 10. Den har över 3500 kvadratmeter boyta. Balkongen slingrar runt hela lägenheten och har fantastisk utsikt över havet, stranden och den inre kustvägen. Detta gourmetkök är utrustat med rostfria högkvalitativa apparater, inklusive en dubbel ugn, en helt ny Miele diskmaskin och helt ny ismaskin, ny blender, Keurig kaffebryggare.

Varje sovrum har eget badrum samt en väggmonterad TV. Befälhavaren badet är utrustat med en jacuzzi, ångdusch med 3 duschkabiner och en garderob. Det inkluderar också en vacker sittgrupp med havsutsikt för miles. Barnen kommer att älska att ha sin egen våningssäng.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet är omgivet av en mur av fönster som erbjuder fri utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Vår enhet har kabel och trådlöst internet (WiFi). Smart HD-TV i vardagsrum. Gästerna har tillgång till ägarens samling av strandleksaker, stolar och kylare. Luftkonditionering uppdaterad sommaren 2018.

Great place for family vacation

Beautiful and spacious condo for a family get together with 6 adults and 4 kids. Enjoyed the live music from florabama on the balcony and being walking distance to family bingo during the weekdays at the florabama. Corey was super responsive to a couple things that came up during the stay and remedied them immediately

Great location for family

Loved staying in this spacious condo. Plenty of room to be both together and apart. Enjoyed the open concept so we could all be together and also that we could spend time separately in our rooms. Easy pool and beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great.

Had a good time , condo was nice and clean. Had a problem with wash machine,Corey did send a person out but they did not get it clean , we were out when they came to fix the problem. My wife had to wipe out the inside of the washer to get it clean for we could use it took over an hour to rub whatever it was off, but after that we did in joy our time there. Corey did respond to our calls would stay there again like the area.

A little piece of paradise!

Honestly, the property is beautiful. We loved that it was not crowded and the security of the place. However, the security did pose an issue for our older parents, but we were able to work through it. I would highly recommend the property. We had a wonderful time!

Great Property ... lots of room

Great location clse to ocean, restaurants, supermarkets and stores. Lots of room ... we had 10 people and were not feeling crowded. Military jets, including the Blue Angels, flew by which everyone liked.

Condo was as advertised. Construction noise was much more than advertised from 9 am to 5pm daily (except weekends) Flora Bama next door was not a problem and we enjoyed having it so close. An ocean view out one way and a honky tonk view out the other was perfect.

Beautiful and huge!

Amazing location! Surprisingly quiet even though next door to FloraBama. Top notch! So much space and was perfect for our party of 10! Very secure and private elevator entrance was icing on the cake. We will be back. Owner a pleasure to deal with. Beautiful views of the gulf. Largest balcony I’ve ever seen! Bathroom in every room plus a powder room was a huge amenity, not to mention the two king size beds! Fabulous condo!

Condo is lovely & spacious; kitchen well supplied; comfortable beds ; great balcony; great security features; awesome master bedroom & bath; Negatives: bar ice maker, upper dishwasher not working & blender needs replacing; 3 back bedrooms were too hot, even with ceiling fan. Recommend you bring fans to help cool those rooms.

Family Vacation

It is a beautiful property. Lots of room to spread out for the 10 of us. Upscale comfortable furnishings. It included access to the owner's storage so there were lots of beach toys and chairs available. Property manager was very responsive to any needs. There was electric grill on the balcony but it had been used for an ashtray and we did not use it. Disappointed there was not a gas or charcoal grill on the property. We knew we were next to the Florabama and could hear the music but no one complained. We went over for bingo during the day for something different to do....who knew? All in all, everything was great!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us again this year! The HOA does not allow charcoal or gas grilles on the patio; however, we just purchased a new smokeless indoor infared grille. It will be ready for you next year!

Very disappointing unit.

We have stayed in this building before, but a different unit and loved it. This unit, unfortunately, was disappointing. The top oven did not work, the bottom part of the dishwasher was broke, the ice maker was broken, and the unit was advertised as having a jacuzzi but it was gone from the deck with nothing but water hose laying on the deck. We reported everything the night we arrived, but nothing was repaired. This was a very expensive unit, but would have been worth it due to the space, etc IF most applicances weren’t broken. I don’t recommend it.

Hi Sharon, We are so sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Our unit has two dishwashers, two ovens, and two ice makers. One dishwasher was working, one oven was working, and one ice maker was working during your stay. We even let you know prior to arrival that the appliances were not in service. FURTHER, the commercial grade ice maker in the owner's lounge was working. We hate that you feel the inconvenience of back-up appliances being down was cause for a 1 star review however we recognize our guest have the prerogative to review as they deem fit. Please note, as SOON as we were notified we ordered replacement appliances. We can't, unfortunately, control how mechanical equipment will operate. All we can do is do our best to stay on top of things. This unit was completely renovated a couple of years ago... so appliances being down was frustrating for us too. Especially when they are high-end. As of 6/25/18 the broken appliances have been replaced. Since they are built-in, it took us a few weeks to get the new ones. As soon as they arrived they were installed. For your inconvenience with the appliances we offered to treat your family to a night out but never heard back from you. As for the hot tub, we do have a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom (which is large and fully functional). We do not have an outside Hot Tub and have not had one for years. We have NOT advertised that there was a Hot Tub. It is NOT on our listing. I'm not sure how this was miscommunicated. We always do our best to give guests an amazing experience, so we are incredibly sorry this stay fell short. Guest communication and responsiveness is a priority; that's why we have the best response rate of thousands of VRBO listings in a comparable market (typically within 5 minutes or less). We hope future guests will give us a chance and put this 1 star review in the context of our previous 4 and 5 star reviews. We will do our best to make your stay wonderful.

Location is fabulous

The condo is in a well maintained building and it’s awesome to have the elevator take you to your front door of condo! The view and balcony is fantastic! The unit is very large and was great space for our family of 10. Our twins loved running around the extra large balcony and we enjoyed the live music daily from Flora-bama! The condo itself was NOT cleaned well at all. There was trash behind and under the beds, sand on the floor, food on the wall behind stove top & someone’s swim trunks and boxers left on the balcony! I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. I did bring my own cleaning supplies- so I spent an hour cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, spraying door knobs (COVID) and vacuuming. I also was surprised to see the condition of the condo was different from the photos. The carpets has stains in all the bedrooms, some of the furniture had stains on it. The guest bedroom area was a bit warm but not unbearable. As others have said the oven and stovetop are a bit tricky to figure out. Overall the location and size of condo are great; however, it maybe time to check into the cleaning crew used in the condo and change up the carpet to spruce it back up.

We are so sorry the cleaners did not have the unit up to our standards. The company we had used for several years could not keep up with the cleaning demand in the aftermath of COVID. As of 7/9/2020 we hired a new cleaning company whom we trust will be much better. In the upcoming off-season we are planning on replacing all carpet with tile. We do hope you will consider us again in the future.

Great family vacation

Great stay for (2) families of 4 and the in-laws! Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the Florabama. Condo is very quiet considering it’s next door neighbor- only heard the Florabama on Friday and Saturday night from the inside and it was nothing a sound machine couldn’t cancel out. Loved sitting on the balcony during the day and evening and listening to the live music. Host was very quick to respond to questions. We managed to have 3 cars and rotate them between the reserved spots and gravel lot across the street. 10/10 recommend

Good beach trip

Our experience was pretty good. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beautiful setting and views. We were quite satisfied with the unit. We were not as satisfied with communication with the owner. We were given incorrect information for access to the unit. After a long day of traveling, it was very frustrating to have to contact owner and wait for access codes. We were also were not told that the main floor was under construction and we would not have use of the fitness center.
