Amazing, great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at 49 Pleasant Street. The home was beautifully decorated and attention to detail was noted throughout. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the home was very clean. Beautiful kitchen open to the living area which was perfect for our group. Bikes and golf cart are perfect for the short distance to the beach. We loved our location. Home is close to the HUB, but still very quiet and peaceful at all times. Royal Destinations was great with any questions we had. Loved the home and we hope to return soon.

Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience at 49 Pleasant Street. We stayed in the carriage house. We actually had an issue there with the door falling off the armoire, but there was a prompt response. Later there was an issue with the garage door. I think they did a temporary fix. I suggested after we left that they look at adding latches to the french doors in the carriage house, which are prone to open randomly because of air flow, compromising the cooling system. The remote controls with the TVs were confusing. The strength of the wifi worked fine with computers but not with phones.

Vacay with Family and Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start off by saying we enjoyed each day there. We gathered there to celebrate my son's and good friend's bday. We also wanted the kids to enjoy a beach trip before school year starts. Everyone had a great time. The place was wonderful and had the essentials we needed. The place was also well decorated and clean with comfortable beds...everyone slept comfortably as it had more than enough room for all of us especially with the carriage house. The area was convenient with restaurants steps away from the rear of the home and the included golf cart was an added bonus. The WiFi and/or cellular network however could use some more bandwidth as there are a few dead spots throughout the home, even with Verizon lol! Overall, I would highly recommend this place and yes, I would stay here again! We miss it already!
