3 våningar hem med däck på varje nivå och havsutsikt från alla 3 våningarna. (Läs beskrivningen för bäddar och badkar)
1: a våningen: Sovrum 1
& 2 har king size-sängar och 3: e sovrummet har en queen size-säng. 4: e sovrummet är våningssäng som innehåller 2 Xbox-spelkonsoler (8 sovplatser). 5: e sovrummet täcker 3: e våningen och har en utdragbar drottningssoffa med superkomfortabel skummadrass. Dra ut soffan med drottning madrass i vardagsrummet på första våningen också. Detta lyxiga hem har 2 kök ett på första våningen med stor ö och ett pentry på andra våningen, nära våningssalen. Nyligen uppdaterade badrum och kök. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare, WiFi och smarta TV-apparater och kabel i alla rum. Alla handdukar ingår.

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful week. House was lovely. Close walk to the beach and the pool. Communication with owner was excellent. Loved, loved the outdoor shower. There were 10 in our group so each family group had their own floor. Would recommend this house without hesitation.

Great home and great location.

Perfect spot for a group of 13. Plenty of room. All the cooking supplies you need. Excellent communication with the host. Super close to beach. Everything we needed. Very short walk to seaside. We loved the location as it was a way from the hustle and bustle of seaside but close enough to think you were right there in the middle of it. Quiet location and short walk to the beach. Just perfect.

Beautiful home, great location

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights in October. The home is extremely well decorated, and the location can't be beat. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, approximately 1-1/2 miles from Seaside, and less than a 15 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. The outdoor shower was wonderful in the cool October mornings. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This house was set-up perfectly for our 6 teens and 3 couples. The proximity to the beach and the location in general, which was about a mile from Seaside, was ideal. Ashlee is exactly who you want as a host and she was more than accommodating and responsive. We have been coming to 30A for 5 years now and this was our first time outside of Rosemary Beach. We would rent this house again every year no question!

Wonderful property!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, and drive to Seaside for restaurants and shopping. House is just as advertised with lots of space for big families. There was even a few beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for us to use at the beach. Ashlee was a great host in constant communication with us. Will definitely book again!

Great Beach Stay

The best thing about this house was it's proximity to the beach. Directly across the street, and just a short distance from a couple of access points. We were able to watch fireworks up and down the coastline from our top floor deck. The outdoor shower was our first stop coming home from the beach, and felt refreshing as well as practical. Double check the bedroom/bathroom configurations if that's important to you as it's a little unconventional. We paid extra to bring our dog and wish we'd known that dogs are NOT allowed on the beach without a permit (only locals can gain permits). Another tip I'd share is that during peak season, beach spots fill up early in the AM so either plan to mark your spots early or hire a local group that will set them out for you by 5:30 AM. We were happy with South Walton Beach Chair Guys.

The beach house not only met our expectations but exceeded them. Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beach access was very convenient. Great house, great location!

My family of 8 adults, 3 teens, and 1 child spent a week in this house and we had a wonderful time! We had all the necessities and lots of space indoors and outdoors to spread out. We were in a convenient location for a quick walk to the beach, pool, cafe, and a convenience store. It was also a quick trip down to Seaside for dinner and shops. Ashlee was a great host and was responsive to my questions before and during the stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had no issues and would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Across the street from beach access

Great property across the street from the beach. Easy access on Campbell street. We were able to rent beach chair set up from a vendor there it was great! Community pool access as well. Cute shopping areas next door as well. Property owner was very nice and helpful with suggestions.

Reservation cancelled at last minute with no notice

Our trip was ruined because our reservation was cancelled one hour prior to check-in!!! We had 8 people including my 2 month old granddaughter and our family dog....which made it impossible to find anything in the beach area at last minute.

Property was in perfect location to beach and Seaside center. Awesome having a pool in the neighborhood. House was very spacious and loved the upper level deck people watching and seeing the Gulf. Near the beach

Close to everything and amazing weather! I recommend getting a golf cart to go into seaside, the parking situation has definitely changed. Ate at a few places like the back porch, stinky fish camp and the great southern. All very near and the view of the beach was terrific from the home. I would come back here because the experience was great!

Perfect getaway!

Nice and cozy little spot to relax and unwind! Plenty of room to accommodate our group. The only issue was there wasn’t quite enough bathrooms. Would’ve been better if I wouldn’t have had to go upstairs to shower. Overall it was a nice place to rent!

Great house in a great location

Booked a last minute short stay, very happy with the house. The location is great, right next to beach access. House is big and clean, kitchen full of necessities. Ashlee is very responsive and easy to work with. I recommend breakfast at cowgirls and dinner at Blue Mabel. Bud and Alley’s for a boozy lunch overlooking the water can’t be beat.

Family Vacation August 2020

We had an awesome experience and made great family memories. The owner was very accommodating and very quick to answer or help solve problems. The home is beautiful and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was a short walk to the beach. At first we struggled a little but the owner walked us through on where the best place to set up would be. Also in order to not worry about having a spot for our family on the beach we rented 4 umbrellas and 8 chairs and also paid extra to have our tent set up every morning. This was nice since we had 7 littles that were 8 yrs old and under and had a lot to bring to beach for them. There is a pool at the end of the culdesac of which we enjoyed on the day we arrived while waiting on our checkin time. We were actually able to check in a little early. We never used the pool again bc we are a beach family and stayed on the beach as long as we could everyday The only really drawback is in the morning drinking coffee and relaxing you heard cars driving by and not the waves of the ocean but the cost is less and you just have to weigh the pros and cons. This home had way more pros than cons. Our favorite spot in the evenings was the long table in the back. The kids loved the outdoor shower and adults too lol It was a vacation to remember. Also the bunk room was absolutely Awesome for all our littles ranging from 3 years old to 8. We also rented a golf cart but couldbe done without it. Walk was short and fairly easy for kiddos when they didn’t ride cart. Where we set up the beach was shallow but plenty of room to build sand castles and the water was amazing. It was not crowded since the beach was shallow in the area we set up and fairly private with folks on each side but not behind us ever. Awesome week! Beautiful home! Crystal Blue water!
