Wonderful Anniversary Trip

Wonderful unit for a quick anniversary trip! The condo was clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. Accessing the property was easy with the provided lock box code. We enjoyed closing our night out with a soak in the Jacuzzi tub, which fit two adults comfortably. Proximity to downtown was perfect! The 5 minute walk was quick and easy!

The location is great, plan for a 10 minute walk to downtown with plenty of stairs. The room itself was dirty and had hair in the shower, sink and sheets. Contacted the host, who is very responsive and easy to work with, and the housekeeper came the following day to change the linens and clean the bathroom. There are no drawers to unpack your belongs into, FYI. Storage space in the bedroom is limited, at best. The closet has 6 hangers and acts as a cleaning supply storage unit with the vacuum and other things occupying the already limited space. Positives: location, super comfy bed, host communication.

Very Nice!

My husband and I needed a little weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot. The walk to downtown was not too bad, it was down hill on the way there but up hill the whole way back. The condo was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and not too noisy even though we were above the pool. We would definitely come back. We also loved how even though we were in a condo it felt, and looked like a cabin.

good place to stay

The place is really small but was fine for my husband and me. Everything seemed really tight and very little bathroom counter space. We heard a man yelling, car alarm, and what sounded like a concert in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we didn't spend too much time in the room. If you are in good shape to walk the stairs to town, it is a great location. I don't mind the steps or the walk. The key holder outside the room is a little hard to open but made check in very easy. We would stay again.

Great for a budget trip/warning read our review.

Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned, I called the owner and they did a rushed cleaning. The unit was good for what we needed. The biggest draw back for us was the neighbors smoking weed on the balconies. I don't like the smell so we couldn't use our balcony or the pool. If weed isn't your thing I wouldn't recommend staying in town as it was everywhere. The walk is about 10mins to downtown and very light slope. Overall for what we paid it was a good place to stay for our mainly hiking vacation.

Disappointed

This condo is in a great location and is walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, we had a few issues with the condo that were surprising
there was no oven in the unit and the washer/dryer is not part of the condo - it is on a completely different floor! I tried to get in touch with the owners 3 different times and no one answered or called back.

Check in was easy and the condo was clean and provided everything we needed. It is very close to downtown and provided a walk way we chose to drive to downtown because of the temperature was upper 90's.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here and it was perfect. The location is within walking distance of the strip. The room was easy to get into and the perfect size for 2 people. The parking was free and easy. The balcony gave us a nice view of the mountains. We even went swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back.

Perfect couples getaway

This property was perfect for us. The walk to downtown was fairly easy as long as you don't have mobility issues. The elevator is slow and the onsite store is never open but otherwise would stay again.

Nice condo

The condo was small but fig our needs. I was pretty disappointed to get there and find out the fireplace was only available to be turned on seasonally. We had spent the evening in the woods with rain and 50's watching fireflies. Was super excited to cuddle up next to a fire when getting back only to have it not available. Otherwise, it was a nice, quiet place to stay and we had a great time.

Great stay as advertised

Definitely enjoyed my stay. Everything inside was advertised very clean. Hot tub was excellent. From now on ill rent this month every time I visit Gatlinburg.

Great place to stay in Gatlinburg, close to Entertainment, good hike up to condo, but was worth it, quiet area with lots to do around town

Anniversary

The condo was clean and neat. Great location. Close but far enough to be quiet in the evening. We wanted to be close enough to walk if we wanted. You could walk or drive and we had no issues. Everything was just as it looked on the site. The check in was super easy!
