You will be located less than a mile from the shore. No other vacation rental could ever beat this location. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with two-en suite full bathrooms. The main living space is on the second floor, featuring an open floor plan with subtle beach-themed decor. Spend a peaceful yet entertaining evening watching TV in the air-conditioned living room. Feeling creative? Search your favorite recipe online using the free high-speed WiFi and treat your guests to a delicious and new meal thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen! You will have everything you need to channel your inner chef. This condo also offers an outdoor shower and access to a community outdoor pool and tennis court. There are also four spacious balconies available: one off each bedroom, one off the kitchen, and one off the family room.

Fun spot

We really enjoyed our time in the outer banks. Duck was a great little town with awesome stores, restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed tap shack that offered a great outdoor space for families with live music. This location is within walking distance to Duck, the community pool and the beach. Would recommend the area to anyone!!

Nice, but a few cons.

This was a great location and relatively nice place. It was pretty clean - although a few lights throughout the house were burnt out (we left a note). There was also a cockroach on the very bottom floor and the coffee pot wasn't cleaned out. The kitchen had the bare minimum, so if you plan to cook here, bring supplies. The beds were very hard, so if you don't sleep well on a hard mattress, consider bringing a topper or something. I think they could stand to replace both mattresses. Otherwise, the other living space was very nice. We enjoyed the use of the multiple decks and outdoor eating area. The pool and private beach access here was also very nice! It was a nice walk into town, too. Overall, we would stay again, but bring more kitchen supplies and hope they replaced the beds by then.

Convenient, Lovely Home

Loved the beach access, very close. We walked to the town of Duck every evening for dinner. The boardwalk for the sunset was great. Pool was close to the condo also. The condo had 4 balconies to sit on in the evenings, mornings for coffee. Very nice.

Perfect Duck Getaway

This was a fantastic two bedroom condo in Duck. The property was very clean and beautifully appointed, making it feel like home from the moment you step in. With its close proximity to shops and restaurants, we found ourselves walking to everything; we basically parked when we checked in and didn't move the car again until we left. We'll look to stay again!

A great spot!!

Our family loves coming to this little oasis every year! The spot is very convenient to the beach and a quick walk into town. It is clean, has everything we need, and we love all the outside porches to enjoy! We always thoroughly enjoy our stay and never want to leave! The walk to the beach is quick and easy to do with kids. Thank you for sharing your cozy beach home with us!

Perfect Getaway

This is a great find. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes for us, the pool is about halfway between the condo and the beach. Walking to the shops in Duck took about 15 minutes. Its all very easy to do, and the outdoor shower is very convenient. They have a fully stocked kitchen and had extra towels put out for us too which we appreciated. We will be back!!

Beach and town location dream

Excellent location for beaching, visiting town, biking, fishing, shopping exploring. We loved having bikes with us and a wagon; bring own items for cooking & staying clean (pack like camping) and you’ll be golden; charcoal grill available. Two fridges and an ice maker! Cable tv for olympics was great & we enjoyed the town farm market for produce and mini mart for fresh water. Pool was a nice treat too. Plenty of views w the decks as well. Thank you for a great vacation!

Inside, the property is immaculate, with modern finishes and a bright, airy atmosphere. The living area is spacious and comfortably furnished, making it easy to relax and unwind. Amenities The townhouse comes equipped with all the essentials, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Great time in Duck!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Favorite Song condo! We were a short walk from the beach or to go into the town of Duck! We walked on the paths and beach every day, shopped, and rode on the hummers to see the horses in Corolla! Can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful!

Perfect spot for a family to get away. Great location- short walk to the beach and the shops. You can’t beat the multiple decks- they allow you to catch some rays in the morning and evening.
